Limoncello di Capri, a leading liqueur in the Horeca channel, has been acquired by Molinari. The company was founded in Civitavecchia in 1945 by Angelo Molinari, and is famous for authentic Sambuca made in Italy, as well as for Molinari Caffè-a liqueur that evokes the Italian tradition of proper coffee-and Vov, the king of egg liqueurs, with a history dating back to 1845.

Limoncello di Capri has been in Molinari’s portfolio since 1999. 100% natural, with no dyes or preservatives, it is obtained exclusively from the infusion in alcohol of the peels of the Oval Lemon of Sorrento Igp.

The Limoncello di Capri experience can be experienced live with a visit to the Transparent Factory in Meta di Sorrento (Na), which is open to the public, where the entire production cycle can be witnessed. From the cultivation of Sorrento lemons to the ripening of their peels and the bottling of the liqueur.

An experience not to be missed, worthy of a trip to the beautiful region of Campania.
