Una regola accomuna per\u00f2 tutti. Il pasto che precede la competizione deve fornire l&#8217;energia necessaria ma anche essere facilmente digeribile. E va consumato da tre a quattro ore prima dello sforzo, per evitare una riduzione dell&#8217;afflusso di sangue ai muscoli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il menu pre-prestazione deve prevedere un piatto di pasta, sostituibile con riso o patate bollite, una porzione di carne possibilmente grigliata e senza altri grassi aggiunti, una insalata con olio extravergine di oliva e limone. Per chiudere in dolcezza sono perfette&nbsp;un paio di fette di pane tostato con marmellata o&nbsp;miele e una buona quantit\u00e0 di frutti&nbsp;maturi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All&#8217;avvicinarsi della performance&nbsp;si deve arrivare bene idratati e assumendo zuccheri semplici per avere a disposizione il fabbisogno energetico da impiegare immediatamente.
