{"id":16797,"date":"2017-01-18T16:22:00","date_gmt":"2017-01-18T16:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gift.vivian.company\/bambini-magri-latte-intero\/"},"modified":"2025-05-05T11:17:52","modified_gmt":"2025-05-05T09:17:52","slug":"bambini-piu-magri-con-il-latte-intero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.foodtimes.eu\/it\/consumatori-e-salute\/bambini-piu-magri-con-il-latte-intero\/","title":{"rendered":"Bambini pi\u00f9 magri con il latte intero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I bambini crescono pi\u00f9 magri e forti se nutriti con latte intero invece che con latte parzialmente scremato. \u00c8 quanto emerge da una ricerca canadese, <a href=\"http:\/\/ajcn.nutrition.org\/content\/early\/2016\/11\/15\/ajcn.116.139675.abstract\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">pubblicata sull&#8217;American Journal of Clinical Nutrition<\/a>.\u00a0I ricercatori hanno valutato le condizioni di 2.700 bambini in relazione al tipo di latte consumato nei primi anni di vita, allo scopo di verificare gli effetti della quantit\u00e0 di grasso assunta con il latte sull&#8217;indice di massa corporea e sulla concentrazione di vitamina D.<\/p>\n<p>Il risultato smentisce la linea assunta dall&#8217;Agenzia britannica per la sicurezza alimentare (Food Standards Agency), che dal 2009 invita a scegliere latte scremato a partire dai due anni di et\u00e0 per prevenire l&#8217;obesit\u00e0 infantile. Lo studio infatti ha rilevato nei bambini alimentati con latte intero un indice di massa corporea inferiore (di 0,72 punti) a quello dei coetanei cresciuti con latte parzialmente scremato e un livello pi\u00f9 elevato di vitamina D, che protegge le ossa e il sistema immunitario.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo i ricercatori, tale risultato si pu\u00f2 giustificare con il valore nutrizionale del latte intero: aumentando la saziet\u00e0 riduce il ricorso a spuntini ipercalorici.
