Lo dimostra lo studio di Greenpeace Giappone, che ha rilevato come una dieta a base di cibi\u00a0da\u00a0agricoltura biologica comporti la drastica riduzione (spesso ai limiti della rilevabilit\u00e0)\u00a0dei residui di\u00a0composti chimici\u00a0invece presenti nei prodotti che derivano dall&#8217;agricoltura convenzionale.<\/p>\n<p>Greenpeace\u00a0ha condotto la ricerca su\u00a0due famiglie giapponesi con figli che si sono alimentate\u00a0per cinque giorni\u00a0con prodotti\u00a0da\u00a0agricoltura convenzionale,\u00a0per poi passare a una dieta\u00a0rigorosamente bio nei\u00a010 giorni\u00a0successivi.<\/p>\n<p>Durante il periodo di osservazione sono stati raccolti i campioni di urine dei volontari\u00a0in tre fasi \u00a0&#8211;\u00a0all&#8217;inizio del programma, dopo la dieta convenzionale e a\u00a0seguito\u00a0della dieta bio\u00a0&#8211; onde\u00a0\u00a0misurare i livelli di sei tipi di pesticidi \u00a0(organofosfati, piretroidi, carbammati, neonicotinoidi, erbicidi fenossi e glifosato).<\/p>\n<p>Il risultato delle analisi, condotte in un laboratorio dell&#8217;Universit\u00e0\u00a0Friedrich-Alexander di Erlangen e Norimberga, non lascia adito a dubbi:\u00a0il passaggio da una dieta convenzionale a una dieta biologica\u00a0riduce\u00a0la presenza di residui\u00a0di pesticidi nel corpo. L&#8217;effetto &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenpeace.org\/japan\/Global\/japan\/pdf\/201612_Greenpeace_Pesticide_study.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">come mostra la tabella disponibile a questo link<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; \u00e8 pi\u00f9 pronunciato per organofosfati, piretroidi e glifosato, meno eclatante per altre sostanze pi\u00f9 diffuse nell&#8217;ambiente e aggirate in misura insufficiente dai produttori degli alimenti biologici usati per la ricerca.<\/p>\n<p>Lo studio ha confermato un dato noto: l&#8217;esposizione agli agrotossici colpisce in misura maggiore i bambini.
