Le <a href=\"http:\/\/apps.who.int\/iris\/bitstream\/10665\/149782\/1\/9789241549028_eng.pdf?ua=1#page20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">linee guida WHO<\/a> di marzo 2015 raccomandano di limitarne il consumo al 10% delle calorie giornaliere, cercando di dimezzarlo, senza oltrepassare i 25 grammi al giorno (6 cucchiaini), pari al 5% delle calorie giornaliere. Una soglia che si supera bevendo una sola bibita gassata.<\/p>\n<p>Oltre alle carie dentali, i danni di un consumo eccessivo di zucchero attengono al sovrappeso, all&#8217;obesit\u00e0 e alle altre patologie &#8216;non trasmissibili&#8217; correlate (colesterolo alto, malattie cardiache) che sono la principale causa di morte (68% del totale nel 2012) e sono frutto del micidiale mix alimentazione scorretta e mancanza di attivit\u00e0 fisica.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Organizzazione mondiale della sanit\u00e0 si riferisce agli zuccheri semplici, aggiunti per dolcificare gli alimenti, e non a quelli naturalmente contenuti nella frutta e nella verdura, che nella generalit\u00e0 della popolazione non pongono rischi per la salute.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I danni dello zucchero in eccesso sono ben documentati nella letteratura scientifica.
