Un nuovo studio condotto dai ricercatori della Aarhus University in Danimarca conferma la funzione benefica di un consumo regolare di pesce grasso di origine marina, ricco di grassi Omega-3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo studio danese, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cambridge.org\/core\/journals\/british-journal-of-nutrition\/article\/div-classtitlesubstitution-of-meat-and-fish-with-vegetables-or-potatoes-and-risk-of-myocardial-infarctiondiv\/59B9DFBCF726C04CB47EADFA99A9F478\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">pubblicato sul British Journal of Nutrition<\/a>, ha valutato gli effetti della introduzione di verdure e patate nella dieta in sostituzione di carne rossa, pollame e pesce, monitorando l&#8217;impatto sulle malattie cardiovascolari, che nell&#8217;Unione europea comportano una spesa sanitaria di quasi 13 miliardi di euro. Dalla osservazione di oltre 55mila uomini e donne in buone condizioni di salute e di et\u00e0 compresa tra 50 e 64 anni, \u00e8 emerso che eliminare completamente il pesce comporta un aumento del rischio di infarto dei miocardio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La sostituzione di verdure e patate alla carne rossa ha evidenziato una riduzione del rischio di malattie cardiovascolari, mentre nessuna variazione \u00e8 stata associata alla carne di pollame.
