Dichiaratamente nocivo alla salute e all&#8217;ambiente, l&#8217;ingrediente \u00e8 largamente impiegato nei cibi confezionati, in particolare nei prodotti da forno. Ma non da tutti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con il claim &#8220;Senza olio di palma&#8221; a maggio 2016 circa 700 referenze sono state rimodulate nella ricetta. Biscotti, merendine, pane a cassetta, torte, pasti pronti. Una variet\u00e0 che continua a crescere, registrando un cambiamento senza ritorno. All&#8217;indomani dell&#8217;allarme diffuso dall&#8217;Autorit\u00e0 europea per la sicurezza alimentare (EFSA), Coop &#8211; la principale insegna della grande distribuzione in Italia &#8211; ha deciso di eliminare l&#8217;olio di palma\u00a0dai suoi 220 alimenti a marchio privato,\u00a0che seguono la sorte gi\u00e0 stabilita dal <em>retailer<\/em> per la linea biologica e la gamma dedicata alla prima infanzia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A orientare i produttori del resto sono le scelte dei consumatori, o meglio dei consumAttori, resi consapevoli da coraggiose\u00a0campagne di informazione e dalle petizioni, come quella ideata da GIFT &#8211; Great Italian Food Trade, rigorosamente palm oil free, poich\u00e9 nella cultura italiana i grassi sono tipicamente olio extra vergine\u00a0(EVOO), girasole e colza, o burro.
