Il bilancio tra rapporto tra i gas emessi\u00a0e quelli &#8220;risparmiati&#8221;\u00a0\u00e8 positivo, utile al raggiungimento degli obiettivi stabiliti alla Cop21 di Parigi. Una ragione di pi\u00f9 per accelerare la conversione al biologico, gi\u00e0 in atto in Italia. \u00c8 quanto emerge dal convegno &#8220;Agricoltura biologica: la risposta globale al riscaldamento globale&#8221; organizzato da Federbio e Kyoto Club al Sana 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assieme agli allevamenti, secondo la Fao, l&#8217;agricoltura produce 5,3 miliardi di tonnellate di CO2, pari al 14,6% del totale\u00a0da fonti fossili (il 7%\u00a0nel Belpaese). Al contempo, proprio l&#8217;agricoltura bio &#8211; che usa il 45% in meno di energia in confronto a quella convenzionale &#8211; pu\u00f2 mitigare il riscaldamento del pianeta, grazie all&#8217;attivit\u00e0 fotosintetica delle piante, ottimizzata da pratiche agricole che tagliano i gas serra, producono bioenergia e sequestrano il carbonio nel suolo e nella biomassa. Attivit\u00e0 quali una migliore gestione di terre, risaie (fonte\u00a0di metano), zootecnia, irrigazione (il recupero dei suoli organici), proprie di agricoltura bio\u00a0e biodinamica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;agricoltura biologica favorisce la lotta al riscaldamento globale.
