Ecco i suggerimenti da osservare in gravidanza e nei primi mesi di vita del neonato, forniti dal Centro di Specializzazione della Regione Veneto per lo Studio e la Cura delle Allergie e delle Intolleranze Alimentari.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le raccomandazioni <\/strong>degli esperti dovrebbero venire considerate con speciale attenzione dalle donne in gravidanza appartenenti a famiglie comprendenti soggetti allergici. La prevenzione \u00e8 infatti l&#8217;unica arma disponibile per provare a ridurre il rischio che il nascituro possa a sua volta sviluppare una forma di allergia.<\/p>\n<p>Si consiglia alla futura mamma di<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; non fumare<\/strong> durante la gravidanza (sia la mamma, sia chi le sta attorno),<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; allattare<\/strong> il neonato per 4 mesi, se possibile, e rimandare l\u2019introduzione di latte artificiale o di cibi solidi fino a che il bambino non raggiunga i 4-6 mesi d\u2019et\u00e0,<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; introdurre i cibi<\/strong> uno alla volta e in piccole dosi, aspettando 2-3 giorni prima di introdurne un altro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Allergie alimentari, come prevenirle in gravidanza e nello svezzamento Allergie alimentari, come prevenirle?
