Intanto\u00a0Amazon\u00a0prosegue la corsa in sinergia con\u00a0Microsoft.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La nuova alleanza tra i colossi americani del\u00a0<em>web<\/em>\u00a0e del\u00a0<em>retail<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0nasce dalla consapevolezza delle attuali debolezze di ciascuno:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Google<\/strong>\u00a0sta perdendo traffico, e soprattutto il controllo del consumatore finale. Poich\u00e9 questi sempre pi\u00f9 spesso si rivolge direttamente ad Amazon, per la ricerca e l&#8217;acquisto. Senza il preventivo passaggio su\u00a0<em>Google Search<\/em>, come si faceva un tempo,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Walmart<\/strong>\u00a0difetta di tecnologia, che \u00e8 costretto ad attingere da terzi. Dopo il fallimento del suo sviluppo interno, su entrambi i fronti dell&#8217;ecommerce\u00a0(vedasi\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.jet.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jet.com<\/a>) e delle tecnologie funzionali allo svolgimento delle proprie attivit\u00e0 (ERP,\u00a0<em>web services<\/em>,\u00a0<em>etc.<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Walmart si muove in retroguardia<\/strong>, come del resto ha sempre fatto in questi anni.\u00a0Rincorre le innovazioni tecnologiche sviluppate dai concorrenti e oggi &#8211; pur essendo il numero uno nel\u00a0<em>retail<\/em>\u00a0fisico &#8211; \u00e8 in palese difficolt\u00e0. Poich\u00e9 dipende da fornitori esterni sul campo di\u00a0battaglia principale, la tecnologia.\u00a0<strong>Google gioca invece in attacco<\/strong>, per riaffermare la propria\u00a0<em>leadership<\/em>\u00a0in una fase di transizione.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Intanto Amazon si allea con Microsoft<\/strong>\u00a0per implementare l\u2019assistente vocale (Alexa e Cortana). Ad Amazon interessa la clientela\u00a0<em>business<\/em>, a Microsoft i privati e le\u00a0<em>smart home<\/em>, cio\u00e8 l&#8217;evoluzione della domotica.<\/p>\n<p>Gli\u00a0investimenti\u00a0in assistenti virtuali e l\u2019alleanza tra Amazon e Microsoft preoccupano molto il colosso di Mountain View (Google, ndr). Poich\u00e9 il\u00a0 consumatore che effettua ricerche vocali in comodit\u00e0, a casa soprattutto, pu\u00f2 benissimo fare a meno del motore di ricerca. (1)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sul piano strategico<\/strong>,\u00a0Amazon ha quindi bisogno di qualche grande alleato per invadere tanti mercati, pestando i piedi ai loro grandi\u00a0<em>player<\/em>. E\u00a0Microsoft \u00e8 maestra nella strategia di lungo periodo, come la storia dimostra. Essendo l\u2019unica azienda, nella\u00a0<em>Top Ten\u00a0<\/em>globale del 2007, ad avere accumulato valore negli anni a seguire fino a tutt&#8217;oggi.
