<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodagriculturerequirements.com\/notizie\/barilla-integrale-quante-fibre-rispetto-al-fabbisogno-risponde-lavvocato-dario-dongo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">almeno 25 grammi al giorno<\/a>, secondo Efsa<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; \u00e8 nota, meno conosciuto \u00e8 il meccanismo che la rende benefica per la salute. Dell&#8217;argomento si occupano due studi pubblicati su\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Cell Host and Microbe<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Uno \u00e8 condotto dai ricercatori <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cell.com\/cell-host-microbe\/fulltext\/S1931-3128(17)30497-3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dell&#8217;Universit\u00e0 di Gothenburg<\/a>, in Svezia,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">l&#8217;altro \u00e8 opera dei team guidato da Andrew T. Gewirtz <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cell.com\/cell-host-microbe\/fulltext\/S1931-3128(17)30497-3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">della Georgia State University<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Il_meccanismo_virtuoso_innescato_dalla_fibra_alimentare\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il meccanismo virtuoso innescato dalla fibra alimentare<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>La fibra alimentare<\/strong> non agisce direttamente sull&#8217;organismo, spiegano i due studi, ma nutre milioni di batteri attivi nell&#8217;intestino. Gli scarti del pasto da questi rilasciati in forma di acidi grassi a catena corta alimentano a loro volta le cellule intestinali, le quali producono pi\u00f9 muco &#8211; l&#8217;isolante necessario a proteggere le pareti intestinali dalle aggressioni dei batteri patogeni &#8211; ed emettono molecole antibatteriche. Di conseguenza, se manca fibra nell&#8217;alimentazione si riduce la popolazione batterica (il\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">microbiota<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">), si assottiglia il muco protettivo che tiene lontano i batteri patogeni e si allerta il sistema immunitario. L&#8217;allarme attiva un processo infiammatorio che pu\u00f2 cronicizzare ed estendersi dall&#8217;intestino all&#8217;intero organismo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Gli_effetti_della_fibra_sulle_cavie\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Gli effetti della fibra sulle cavie<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Le due ricerche<\/strong> hanno sperimentato sui topi gli effetti di una dieta con o senza fibra alimentare (anche somministrata con integrazione di inulina). Nelle cavie usate dagli scienziati statunitensi, una dieta ricca di grassi e povera di fibra ha ridotto di 10 volte la popolazione batterica intestinale. In quelle seguite dal team svedese, passare da una dieta ricca di fibre a una povera ha stravolto il microbiota dei topi. Molte specie batteriche comuni sono diventate rare e quelle rare sono diventate comuni.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Oltre alle modifiche al microbiota<\/strong>, entrambi i team hanno osservato rapidi cambiamenti nei topi. La carenza di fibra alimentare ha determinato un assottigliamento dello strato di muco intestinale. Di conseguenza, i batteri si sono avvicinati troppo alla parete intestinale innescando una reazione immunitaria, diventata cronica in pochi giorni. Dopo alcune settimane, i topi hanno cominciato ad accumulare grasso e a sviluppare livelli pi\u00f9 alti di zucchero nel sangue.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Note<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">(1) Un elevato consumo di frutta, in particolare frutti di bosco, ortaggi gialli, verdure a foglia verde e verdure crucifere (cavolfiore, cavolo nero, cavolo cappuccio, broccoli, cavoletti di Bruxelles, verze e gli altri tipi di cavolo) o le loro fibre \u00e8 associato a un ridotto rischio di sviluppare il\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>diabete di tipo 2<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, ha concluso la <a href=\"http:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1111\/jdi.12376\/full\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">meta-analisi pubblicata nel giugno 2015<\/a>\u00a0sul\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>Journal of Diabetes Investigation<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Sempre nel 2015, una <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S026156141400140X\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">meta-analisi pubblicata<\/a>\u00a0su\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>Clinical Nutrition<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0ha evidenziato che il consumo di fibre alimentari \u00e8 inversamente associato al rischio di\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>malattia coronarica<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, in particolare per le fibre da cereali e frutta. Inoltre, le fibre solubili e insolubili hanno un effetto simile.
