medium;\"><i><b>Sebbene queste bevande siano pubblicizzate come sane e salubri<\/b><\/i><i>, sono state fatte poche ricerche per comprendere le implicazioni nutrizionali del loro consumo nel breve e lungo termine.\u00a0Inoltre, i consumatori associano queste alternative a un sostituto diretto del latte vaccino<\/i>\u2019, scrivono i ricercatori.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Lo studio mette perci\u00f2 a confronto i\u00a0profili nutrizionali delle bevande a base di soia, riso, mandorle e cocco, da un lato, con quello del latte vaccino.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Latte_vaccino_insuperabile\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Latte vaccino insuperabile<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span e i contro<\/b>\u00a0di<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0ciascuna delle bevande vegetali.\u00a0Nessuna ha per\u00f2 scalzato<\/span>\u00a0dal suo\u00a0podio\u00a0storico\u00a0il latte, che si conferma insuperabile dal punto di vista nutrizionale.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Alimento sano e completo, il latte<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0fornisce i nutrienti essenziali (grasso, carboidrati e proteine) e vanta numerose citazioni in letteratura scientifica quale alimento benefico alla salute<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Al di l\u00e0 delle polemiche nei suoi confronti, che sono proposte con ciclicit\u00e0 bens\u00ec sostanzialmente prive di sostegno scientifico.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pro_e_contro_delle_bevande_vegetali\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Pro e contro delle bevande vegetali<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La soia<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00e8 stata eletta come la miglior bevanda vegetale &#8211; a raffronto con riso, mandorla e cocco &#8211; in ragione del suo profilo nutrizionale equilibrato. Ricca in proteine, \u00e8 apprezzata anche per la presenza di isoflavoni. (2) Gli svantaggi riguardano invece il sapore poco gradevole, la presenza di sostanze c.d. antinutrizionali (3) e l\u2019indisponibilit\u00e0 per i soggetti ad essa allergici<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il latte di mandorla<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0&#8211; l&#8217;unico dei quattro liquidi \u00a0vegetali che pu\u00f2 venire designato col nome \u2018latte\u2019, senza venir tacciato di\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>milk sounding<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0&#8211; ottiene la medaglia d\u2019argento. \u00c8 apprezzato per l&#8217;elevato contenuto di acidi grassi monoinsaturi (MUFA) e l\u2019ottimo sapore. Con l\u2019unico svantaggio, al pari della soia, di non essere disponibile ai soggetti allergici alle relative proteine.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La bevanda di riso<\/b>\u00a0&#8211; sebbene realizzata a partire da un cereale prezioso per la nutrizione a livello planetario, oltrech\u00e9 fruibile in caso di allergie\u00a0&#8211; non brilla dal punto di vista nutrizionale. A causa dell\u2019assenza di proteine e di una\u00a0quantit\u00e0 &#8211; perci\u00f2 sproporzionata &#8211; di carboidrati. Addirittura, i ricercatori\u00a0sollevano il timore che il \u00a0consumo abituale di tale bevanda come alternativa al latte possa causare malnutrizione nei bambini, ove non si porti attenzione a una dieta equilibrata.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La bevanda a base di cocco<\/b>\u00a0riceve un giudizio favorevole per quanto attiene al sapore e al valore energetico, in genere contenuto. A maggior ragione in quanto, come \u00e8 nel caso della soia, la modifica genetica abbia il solo scopo di fare resistere la pianta al glifosato<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0o altri micidiali agrotossici.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>soia italiana<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">rappresenta invece una grande opportunit\u00e0. L\u2019Italia \u00e8 oggi leader in Europa nella coltivazione di soia rigorosamente non-OGM, oltre a essere il primo Paese ad avere imposto l\u2019agricoltura integrata<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, cio\u00e8 la riduzione d\u2019impiego di pesticidi al livello minimo possibile. (5)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>L\u2019origine della soia in etichetta<\/b>\u00a0delle bevande va perci\u00f2 sempre verificata. Se italiana \u00e8 meglio,\u00a0europea va comunque bene.
