Che si distingue tuttavia per la parzialit\u00e0 dell\u2019analisi. Quali, e rispetto a quali parametri?<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Le agenzie stampa<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0&#8211; come i\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>mainstream media\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">che ne hanno ripreso i comunicati, senza preoccuparsi di verificare la notizia\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>&#8211;\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">hanno reso servizio alle\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>Big 6<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Le sei Corporation che controllano il 75% del mercato globale degli agrotossici e delle sementi ad essi funzionali.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Si \u00e8 teorizzato che il mais Ogm<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0sarebbe innocuo e anzi addirittura benefico, per la salute umana e per l\u2019ambiente. Un misero tentativo di contrastare il sentire pubblico dei cittadini europei, i quali invece continuano a esprimersi contro gli OGM a tavola<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0e gli\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">agrotossici<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0ad ampio spettro, come il glifosato<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>A ben vedere tuttavia<\/b>, i ricercatori pisani si sono limitati a raccogliere alcuni studi gi\u00e0 realizzati altrove. Riferendosi al solo mais OGM progettato per resistere ai\u00a0pesticidi, sotto gli esclusivi punti di vista delle rese dei raccolti e delle biomasse, oltrech\u00e9 della sopravvivenza di insetti fuori\u00a0<i>target<\/i>. Alla salute delle altre specie, ivi compresa quella umana, non \u00e8 stata invece dedicata alcuna considerazione. Tantomeno all\u2019ambiente.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mais_Ogm_lo_studio_dellUniversita_di_Pisa\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Mais Ogm, lo studio dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Pisa<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Lo studio dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Pisa\u00a0<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ha esaminato 271 pubblicazioni scientifiche sulle coltivazioni di mais transgenico, tra il 1996 e il 2016. Appena il 6% degli studi valutati proviene dal Sudamerica, grande bacino di colture transgeniche, mentre il\u00a0<\/span>74% arriva dal Nord America.\u00a0(1) Nella quasi totalit\u00e0 dagli USA, il grande laboratorio\u00a0<i>open-air<\/i>\u00a0dei\u00a0<i>Franken-seed<\/i>\u00a0ove\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00e8 basata\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Monsanto<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, gi\u00e0 nota per la manipolazione delle ricerche. (2<\/span>)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>I ricercatori di Pisa<\/b>\u00a0hanno estrapolato solo alcuni parametri, concludendo che il mais Ogm:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; avrebbe una resa superiore alle coltivazioni di mais convenzionali, variabile tra il 5,6 e il 24,5%,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; aiuterebbe a limitare<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">gli insetti nocivi<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0alle piante,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; ridurrebbe la presenza di\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">contaminanti pericolosi<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, come\u00a0le\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">micotossine (- 28,8%)<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0e\u00a0le\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">fumonisine (-30,6%)<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Dati astratti e fuori contesto<\/b>, che trascurano i fondamentali dell&#8217;economia agricola. Gli agricoltori che intendano votarsi al\u00a0<i>biotech<\/i>\u00a0sono invero costretti a riacquistare ogni anno le sementi OGM sterili, oltre a crescenti quantitativi di agrotossici. Poich\u00e9 i parassiti si adattano con rapidit\u00e0 ai nuovi ostacoli, anche su piante progettate per respingerli, servono sempre pi\u00f9 veleni. (3)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ogm_e_ambiente_i_dati_che_mancano\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Ogm e ambiente, i dati che mancano<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Gli ambientalisti\u00a0<\/b>come Marco Affronte e Angelo Bonelli, al pari del fondatore di\u00a0<i>Slow Food<\/i>\u00a0Carlin Petrini, hanno richiamato il valore essenziale della\u00a0biodiversit\u00e0, senza per\u00f2 dubitare il valore scientifico dello studio pisano.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>I ricercatori di Pisa hanno invece omesso<\/b>\u00a0di considerare &#8211; tra i vari punti cruciali per un\u2019analisi degna di tale nome &#8211; proprio l&#8217;impatto sulla biodiversit\u00e0 e sulle emissioni di Co2 del sistema produttivo\u00a0<i>biotech<\/i>. (4)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Hanno altres\u00ec omesso<\/b>\u00a0di esaminare gli studi sull\u2019avvelenamento delle acque causato dai pesticidi. Si cita a esempio la ricerca pubblicata nel 2014 sul\u00a0<i>Journal of the American Water Resources<\/i>, che ha rilevato la presenza di glifosato e AMPA (<i>aminomethyl-phosphonic acid<\/i>, un\u00a0altro micidiale agrotossico) su terreni e sedimenti, fossi e canali, piogge, fiumi e torrenti, laghi e stagni, paludi, acque profonde e di superficie, nei 38 Stati USA monitorati in via sistematica per 10 anni.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ogm_e_salute\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Ogm e salute<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Sono del tutto carenti<\/b>\u00a0gli studi sull\u2019influenza degli Ogm sulla salute umana. In particolare &#8211; giocoforza, giacch\u00e9 la coltura di\u00a0<i>Franken-seed<\/i>\u00a0su scala industriale \u00e8 iniziata 20 anni fa &#8211; mancano dati circa gli effetti di lungo e lunghissimo termine.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>L\u2019unico dato certo<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00e8 l\u2019estrema pericolosit\u00e0 dei pesticidi, come glifosato\u00a0e dicamba<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">,\u00a0ai quali le piante Ogm sono programmate per resistere. Ma i pisani si sono guardati bene dal\u00a0considerare alcuno dei numerosi studi &#8211; non ultimo quello della Iarc, Agenzia Oms per la ricerca sul cancro\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; che attestano con certezza gli effetti negativi degli agrotossici<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0sui sistemi nervoso, endocrino e riproduttivo. (5) Causando anche danni al DNA e maggiori rischi di tumori.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Questi veleni si trascinano in acqua potabile e latte materno<\/b>, che dall\u2019India alla Germania risultano a loro volta contaminati in quantit\u00e0 allarmanti. 34.000 intossicazioni da\u00a0<i>agrotoxicos<\/i>\u00a0in Brasile, registrate dal Ministero della Salute dal 2007 al 2014. Residui di glifosato e AMPA, va da s\u00e9, nella quasi totalit\u00e0 dei campioni di urine analizzate in un recente studio argentino.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Tanto Basta<\/b>. E se cos\u00ec non fosse,\u00a0si fa richiamo all\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatitalianfoodtrade.it\/libri\/ogm-la-grande-truffa\">ebook gratuito \u2018<i>OGM la Grande Truffa<\/i>\u2019.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Dario Dongo<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Note<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">(1) Sebbene le colture transgeniche in Brasile (42,2 milioni di ettari) e Argentina (24,3 mln ha) siano quasi pari a quelle USA, 70 mln ha (dati 2014)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">(2) I famigerati\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Monsanto Papers\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #1155cc;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">https:\/\/www.greatitalianfoodtrade.it\/consum-attori\/glifosato-il-rapporto-dell-echa-agenzia-chimica-europea-trascura-la-falsit\u00e0-dei-dati-prodotti-da-monsanto-la-corporation-ora-sotto-processo-in-usa<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">(3) Nei soli Stati Uniti d\u2019America il consumo di pesticidi, grazie alla diffusione delle colture biotech, \u00e8 aumentato di 183 mila tonnellate tra il 1996 e il 2011 (Benbrook, 2012)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">(4) Il c.d.\u00a0<i>carbon footprint<\/i>\u00a0\u00e8 invece parte essenziale del c.d.\u00a0<i>Life Cycle Assessment<\/i>\u00a0(LCA) che nella societ\u00e0 moderna dovrebbe presiedere a ogni decisione sulle attivit\u00e0 antropiche, a partire dall\u2019agricoltura industriale. Considerato che questa ha tuttora un ruolo primario nelle emissioni di CO2 e gas-serra, ed \u00e8 certamente influenzata da fattori quali la produzione e l\u2019impiego di fertilizzanti e pesticidi<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">(5) Si richiama al proposito la condanna della Commissione europea, da parte del Tribunale di Lussemburgo, per il ritardo nell\u2019adottare la definizione di interferente endocrino sulle cui basi improntare la tutela dei cittadini.
