Tra neologismi e inganni, l\u2019Europa<\/b><\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>marketing<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>\u00a0alimentare<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0stimola sempre pi\u00f9 neologismi, per identificare categorie di nuovi prodotti che se da un lato esprimono l\u2019evoluzione dei consumi, al contempo mistificano il significato autentico dei cibi la cui storia <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marche.beniculturali.it\/index.php?it\/184\/lalimentazione-nel-neolitico\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">risale al Neolitico<\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>Cheese sounding<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. La Corte di Giustizia UE, il 14.6.17<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, ha ribadito l\u2019illegittimit\u00e0 di alcun richiamo ai formaggi &#8211; e ai latticini in generale &#8211; sulle etichette e pubblicit\u00e0 di alimenti realizzati con ingredienti diversi, come quelli a base vegetale. Tale pronuncia \u00e8 stata resa possibile grazie alla presenza di un regolamento, sull\u2019Organizzazione Comune dei Mercati, (1) che definisce in modo accurato cosa s\u2019intenda in Europa per latte, yogurt e formaggi. Escludendo perci\u00f2 da tale ambito prodotti a base di soia, avena, riso,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>etc<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>Milk sounding<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Richiamando il caso del\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Cheese sounding<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, Great Italian Food Trade ha segnalato all\u2019Istituto per l\u2019Autodisciplina Pubblicitaria (<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">IAP<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">) e all\u2019Autorit\u00e0 Garante per la Concorrenza e il Mercato (<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Antitrust<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, in autunno 2017, cinque casi di evocazione illecita<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0del latte. In relazione a prodotti &#8211; come le caramelle Galatine (Sperlari)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, il formaggio fuso \u2018Fettine di Latte\u2019<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0(Inalpi<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">), i \u2018panini al latte\u2019 (Morato Pane, Conad)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0&#8211; che sono invece realizzati con un ingrediente dalle ben diverse\u00a0caratteristiche e propriet\u00e0 nutrizionali<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, il latte in polvere. Oltre al caso ancor pi\u00f9 grottesco di un\u2019acqua minerale (Sangemini)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, illegittimamente comparata con latte e yogurt.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>Meat sounding<\/b><\/i>. Gli eurodeputati Paolo De Castro e Giovanni La Via<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0hanno <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodagriculturerequirements.com\/notizie\/meat-sounding-e-ora-di-fare-chiarezza-interrogazione-degli-on-li-de-castro-e-la-via-alla-commissione-europea\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ripetutamente interpellato<\/a> il Commissario\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Vytenis Andriukaitis<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, per chiedere di chiarire la (il-)legittimit\u00e0 del richiamo a carni e prodotti a base di carne su alimenti di diversa origine e natura.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La questione appare semplice<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, a prima vista. La si potrebbe affrontare gi\u00e0 applicando con rigore le norme che vigono ormai da quasi 40 anni ormai. La denominazione dell\u2019alimento<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0ha\u00a0infatti il preciso scopo di consentire al consumatore di identificare in un colpo d\u2019occhio i singoli prodotti in offerta. Ma non \u00e8 cos\u00ec purtroppo, in ragione di quanto a seguire.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Vegetariano_e_vegano_insetti_e_novel_foods_e_nuovi_OGM_e_biologia_sintetica_Il_nuovo_che_avanza\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Vegetariano\u00a0e\u00a0vegano,\u00a0insetti\u00a0e\u00a0<i>novel foods<\/i>\u00a0e\u00a0nuovi OGM\u00a0e\u00a0biologia sintetica. Il nuovo che avanza<\/b><\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La Commissione europea<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0sta dolosamente trascurando \u2018il nuovo che avanza\u2019, nel primo settore manifatturiero del vecchio continente che rimane appunto il\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>food &amp; drink<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Su entrambi i fronti della sicurezza &#8211; alimentare e nutrizionale &#8211; e dell\u2019informazione al consumatore. Che riceve sempre pi\u00f9 notizie, compresa la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodagriculturerequirements.com\/notizie\/dichiarazione-nutrizionale-obbligatoria-al-via-il-14-12-16-labc-delle-norme-da-applicare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dichiarazione nutrizionale a 7 elementi<\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, senza tuttavia poter accedere ad alcune informazioni essenziali.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Vegetariano e vegano<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. A tutt\u2019oggi manca una nozione legale, armonizzata a livello UE, degli alimenti presentati come idonei<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0a una dieta vegetariana e vegana. Una soluzione \u00e8 stata proposta dalla <em>European Vegetarian Union<\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0e condivisa dalle rappresentanze industriali. Ma il Commissario Andriukaitis ha rinviato la questione al 2019<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>Insetti e Novel Foods<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Gli insetti a tavola sono gi\u00e0 una realt\u00e0, a livello planetario<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0come in diversi Stati membri UE<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Sar\u00e0 cos\u00ec a breve anche in Italia, a dispetto delle prime resistenze<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0al libero scambio. In attesa dell\u2019applicazione del nuovo regolamento sui\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Novel\u00a0Foods<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, (2) che in ogni caso garantir\u00e0 la sicurezza e la corretta informazione sui \u2018nuovi cibi\u2019. Sia quando essi contengano\u00a0farine di insetti, (3) sia quando si tratti di alimenti d\u2019origine vegetale privi di esperienza significativa di consumo in Europa ante-1997.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Nuovi OGM<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. La Corte di Giustizia UE, con il supporto di diversi Stati membri e l\u2019inedia dell\u2019ex-governo italiano, si accinge a statuire la de-regolamentazione dei nuovi\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">OGM<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Vale a dire, gli organismi viventi sottoposti a modifiche genetiche\u00a0con tecniche innovative (mutagenesi, anzich\u00e9 transgenesi)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Ci\u00f2 comporta il venir meno della valutazione dei rischi (per l\u2019ambiente e la biodiversit\u00e0, la salute umana e animale) che a tutt\u2019oggi presiede alla loro autorizzazione. Niente pi\u00f9 autorizzazioni, tracciabilit\u00e0, etichettatura.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Biologia sintetica<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. La biologia sintetica intanto procede, con cospicui investimenti da parte di colossi industriali che lavorano alla coltivazione\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>in vitro<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0di cellule in qualche modo assimilabili a quelle delle carni<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Quanto pi\u00f9 sofisticato \u00e8 il processo di lavorazione, che non muove pi\u00f9 soltanto dalla clonazione animale &#8211; peraltro gi\u00e0 diffusa e non tracciata, nel continente americano<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0&#8211; tanto pi\u00f9 risulter\u00e0 difficile sottoporlo ad apposite discipline. (4)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Ulteriori spunti<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0&#8211; per quanto specificamente attiene all\u2019evoluzione della biologia sintetica e alle corrispondenti lacune normative &#8211; nell\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatitalianfoodtrade.it\/libri\/ogm-la-grande-truffa\">ebook gratuito \u2018<\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>OGM la Grande Truffa<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il nuovo che avanza<\/b>\u00a0procede con rapidit\u00e0, presto se non gi\u00e0 sulle nostre tavole. UE 2283\/15,\u00a0<i>Novel Foods<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">(3) Gli ingredienti alimentari a base di insetti incontrano ad oggi una neofobia spiccata in popolazioni come la nostra, che si distinguono per una cultura del cibo piuttosto radicata. \u00c8 curioso, da questo punto di vista, come il ribrezzo non sia stato finora espresso verso l\u2019impiego ai fini della nutrizione umana di sottoprodotti quali le carni separate meccanicamente, le gelatine alimentari e il collagene, rispetto ai quali una farina di grillo potrebbe venire considerata come un alimento nobile.
