Quali insidie si celano sotto questo fenomeno, che\u00a0la Commissione europea\u00a0si ostina a ignorare?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>US Cattlemen&#8217;s Association<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>\u00a0(USCA)<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0ha rivolto un appello al dicastero dell\u2019agricoltura (<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>United States Department of Agriculture<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, USDA). \u00c8 necessario e urgente definire cosa s\u2019intenda per \u2018<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">carne<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019 e \u2018<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">carne bovina<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019. Non \u00e8 una questione sindacale n\u00e9 filosofica, si tratta piuttosto di tutelare i consumatori rispetto al \u2018nuovo che avanza\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La confusione regna sovrana,<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0denunciano gli allevatori americani nella loro petizione rivolta al\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Food Safety Inspection Service<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0(presso l&#8217;USDA), grazie al crescente sviluppo di fonti alternative di proteine. I prodotti vegani, gli insetti, la biologia sintetica<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il legislatore<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0dovrebbe delimitare la possibilit\u00e0 d\u2019impiego della denominazione \u2019carne\u2019 e dei nomi correlati &#8211; quelli cio\u00e8 riferiti a specie animali, tagli e preparazioni a basi di carni &#8211; ai soli prodotti che derivano da \u2018<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>animali nati, allevati, macellati e lavorati in modo tradizionale<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019. Il colosso delle carni Tyson ha puntato su\u00a0<i>Beyond Meat<\/i>, produttore di hamburger vegetali (<i>Beyond Burger<\/i>)\u00a0evoluti al punto da imitare al meglio\u00a0aspetto, gusto e consistenza della carne macinata. In concorrenza con\u00a0<i>Impossible Foods<\/i>, che a sua volta realizza\u00a0<i>Impossible Burger<\/i>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>Lab Meat<\/b><\/i>, la carne prodotta in laboratorio, \u00e8 realizzata mediante coltivazione in vitro di cellule animali che tuttavia non hanno mai fatto parte di una creatura vivente. In assenza di definizione di \u2018alimento\u00a0vegetariano\u2019 e \u2018alimento\u00a0vegano\u2019, tali prodotti potrebbero ricadere quantomeno nella prima categoria.\u00a0<i>Memphis Meats<\/i>, protagonista di settore, ha gi\u00e0 raccolto le attenzioni di investitori del calibro di Cargill, Richard Brandson, Bill Gates e fondi di investimento\u00a0(DFJ, Atomic).\u00a0La disponibilit\u00e0 dei primi prodotti a scaffale \u00e8 prevista per il 2020-2021.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodtimes.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/fake-meat2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-31563 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.foodtimes.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/fake-meat2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.foodtimes.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/fake-meat2.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.foodtimes.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/fake-meat2-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.foodtimes.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/fake-meat2-150x94.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cheese_Sounding_Milk_Sounding_Meat_Sounding_USA_e_getta\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b><i>Cheese Sounding<\/i>,\u00a0<i>Milk Sounding<\/i>,\u00a0<i>Meat Sounding<\/i>. Vale a dire, la falsa evocazione di formaggi e latticini in etichetta e pubblicit\u00e0 di alimenti di diversa natura. Nel 2017 la Camera ha adottato il\u00a0<i>Dairy Pride Act<\/i>, H. 778, con l\u2019obiettivo di escludere il richiamo a parole come \u2018latte\u2019, \u2018formaggio\u2019 e \u2018yogurt\u2019 su prodotti non realizzati a partire dal vero latte. Ma il progetto normativo \u00e8 ancora fermo.\u00a0(3)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La\u00a0<\/b><i><b>National Cattlemen&#8217;s Beef Association<\/b><\/i>\u00a0ha per\u00f2 alzato la voce contro la\u00a0<i>Fake Meat<\/i>, dichiarando ferma opposizione \u2018<i>a che le proteine \u200b\u200balternative siano autorizzate a utilizzare la nomenclatura associata alle proteine \u200b\u200bderivate dalla produzione di bestiame<\/i>\u2019.
