Ma il periodo non \u00e8 propizio e i dolori potrebbero superare le gioie, ecco perch\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Foodlab<\/b>\u00a0\u00e8 il progetto appena lanciato da Carrefour Francia, con l\u2019obiettivo di raccogliere i dati relativi ai clienti e le loro attitudini di consumo, elaborarli attraverso la\u00a0piattaforma di\u00a0<i>data intelligence<\/i>\u00a0(X<i>periences<\/i>), condividerli con i gestori di media gastronomici.\u00a0(1)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Uno strumento<\/b>\u00a0di profilazione e analisi dati, raccolti da canali differenti (<i>omnichannel<\/i>) &#8211; fisici (<i>punti vendita<\/i>) e digitali (\u2018<i>i migliori siti web gastronomici<\/i>\u2019), per \u2018<i>conoscere meglio i propri clienti\u2019 &#8211;\u00a0<\/i>viene\u00a0per\u00f2 avviato nel momento storico peggiore.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il recente scandalo\u00a0Facebook\/<\/b><i><b>Cambridge Analytica<\/b><\/i>\u00a0ha infatti attirato l\u2019attenzione del grande pubblico e la politica sui pericoli connessi alla gestione incontrollata dei dati personali. E il caso\u00a0Facebook\/Cambridge Analytica &#8211; si noti bene &#8211; non \u00e8 emerso per circostanze fortuite bens\u00ec grazie all&#8217;acuirsi dell&#8217;attenzione su questo tema, in vista dell&#8217;applicazione delle nuove regole gi\u00e0 vigenti in Europa su <i>data protection<\/i>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il regolamento\u00a0<\/b><b>GDPR<\/b>\u00a0(<i>General Data Protection Regulation<\/i>), entrato in vigore\u00a0il 4.5.16, avr\u00e0 infatti piena efficacia il prossimo 25.5.18. Obbligando ogni societ\u00e0 &#8211; europea e non &#8211; che tratti dati personali di soggetti basati in UE al puntuale rispetto delle nuove regole. A fronte del rischio di subire sanzioni che possono raggiungere il 4% del fatturato globale.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>A partire dal 25.5.18<\/b>\u00a0gli strumenti di raccolta dati per qualsiasi finalit\u00e0 di marketing &#8211; fino ad oggi basati su informative e moduli di consenso fumosi, automatici e indefiniti &#8211; dovranno venire rivisitati completamente. Il consenso al trattamento dei<u>\u00a0<\/u>dati personali\u00a0dovr\u00e0 essere inequivoco, libero, specifico, informato, verificabile, revocabile.\u00a0E semplice da comprendere.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La riforma apportata dal GDPR<\/b>\u00a0comporta un\u2019evoluzione culturale straordinaria per le societ\u00e0 di\u00a0<i>direct marketing<\/i>\u00a0e\u00a0<i>profilazione<\/i>. Le quali dovranno essere in grado, ad esempio, di comunicare il valore che giustifica l\u2019apertura di un rapporto con il cliente e rivedere tutte le\u00a0<i>policy<\/i>\u00a0legate a programmi di fidelizzazione.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il progetto di Carrefour Francia<\/b>\u00a0non appare tuttavia compatibile con le regole imposte dal GDPR, laddove si dichiara che \u2018<i>Con Foodlab, Carrefour collabora con i migliori siti web gastronomici per offrire\u00a0<\/i><i><b>un\u2019offerta di dati che consenta ai marchi alimentari di conoscere meglio i propri clienti<\/b><\/i><i>\u2019.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>V\u2019\u00e8 anzi da chiedersi<\/b>\u00a0se i dirigenti del gruppo francese della GDO abbiano eseguito una valutazione preliminare di impatto e dei rischi del progetto FoodLab. (3) Tenuto anche conto dei maggiori costi che il GDPR comporta, per garantire ai Clienti la doverosa consapevolezza sul valore dei propri dati personali, scopi e modalit\u00e0 del loro trattamento, soggetti con cui essi vengono condivisi.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Sar\u00e0 interessante considerare<\/b>\u00a0quanti\u00a0<i>players<\/i>\u00a0della\u00a0GDO\u00a0abbiano effettivamente iniziato il processo di adeguamento al GDPR (a livello centrale e locale). In Francia, l\u2019autorit\u00e0 garante per la protezione dei dati personali ha annunciato l\u2019istituzione di un periodo transitorio (di pochi mesi) durante il quale non saranno sanzionate le aziende che, a seguito di ispezioni, dovessero risultare inadempienti rispetto ai nuovi obblighi introdotti.
