Nel corso del 2017 le vendite di noci, mandorle e nocciole hanno registrato un incremento del 10%, portando il settore oltre la soglia del miliardo di euro fatturato. Un ulteriore segnale della tendenza salutistica che guida gli acquisti alimentari degli italiani.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Secondo Coldiretti (che ha elaborato i dati sulle statistiche Ismea), nell&#8217;ultimo decennio i consumi di frutta secca sono raddoppiati, raggiungendo i 3 kg procapite l&#8217;anno. E segnando il superamento dei pregiudizi che l&#8217;hanno penalizzata per il consistente apporto calorico, a dispetto delle dimostrate propriet\u00e0 benefiche per la salute.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Frutta secca, antico <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><i>superfood<\/i><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/>\nIngrediente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatitalianfoodtrade.it\/frutta\/frutta-secca\/mandorle\">protagonista di molte ricette tipiche italiane<\/a>, la frutta secca \u00e8 notoriamente ricca di sostanze benefiche, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatitalianfoodtrade.it\/frutta\/frutta-secca\/frutta-secca-benefici\">gi\u00e0 con un consumo di 20 grammi al giorno<\/a>. Un vero <i>superfood<\/i>. Come ricorda la Coldiretti, l<span style=\"color: #222222;\">e noci e le nocciole sono ricche di antiossidanti, acidi grassi che fanno bene al colesterolo, sali minerali e vitamina E. Le mandorle sono utili per mantenere forti e sani la pelle, i capelli e le unghie e per rafforzare il sistema immunitario. I pistacchi contengono molte fibre, sali minerali ferro e vitamine (gruppo A e gruppo B), mentre pinoli sono una fonte di zinco, potassio e vitamina B12.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">La letteratura scientifica a partire dagli anni Novanta\u00a0ha pi\u00f9 volte accertato la relazione tra l&#8217;insorgenza di malattie cardiovascolari e il consumo di frutta secca\u00a0usuale nella dieta mediterranea.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La concorrenza della frutta secca d&#8217;importazione<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">La produzione italiana di frutta secca ammonta a circa 300 mila tonnellate l&#8217;anno. Molta altra proviene dall&#8217;estero. L&#8217;anno scorso le importazioni hanno superato i 900 milioni di euro in valore, stima l&#8217;associazione degli agricoltori.
