Su quali basi?<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La caccia ai\u00a0<i>superfood<\/i>, gli alimenti benefici per la salute, non conosce tregua. A monitorarne l&#8217;andamento si \u00e8 dedicato l&#8217;Osservatorio\u00a0Immagino\u00a0di\u00a0GS1Italy-Nielsen, un faro sempre acceso sulle abitudini di acquisto alimentare degli italiani e sulle &#8216;mode&#8217;. Come appunto quella dei\u00a0<i>superfood<\/i>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ma cosa qualifica un alimento come\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>superfood<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">? Le basi scientifiche, che sono solide sulla\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">frutta secca,<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> come su altri cibi, vengono invece meno su altri. Come lo zucchero di canna, per citare un esempio. A seguire una breve analisi degli alimenti catalogati dall&#8217;Osservatorio come benefici agli occhi del pubblico, e in quanto tali meglio venduti.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Mandorle\u00a0al primo posto<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La classifica<\/b> &#8211; ordinata in base al valore delle vendite &#8211; si apre con la mandorla. Tra i vari tipi di frutta secca, la regina incontrastata viene segnalata nell&#8217;1,3% dei 54.300 prodotti monitorati dall&#8217;Osservatorio Immagino. Con un aumento delle vendite pari al 14,6%.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Gi\u00e0 a partire dai primi anni \u201890<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> la letteratura scientifica ha dimostrato a pi\u00f9 riprese i benefici correlati al consumo di frutta secca.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatitalianfoodtrade.it\/frutta\/frutta-secca\/frutta-secca-benefici\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #1155cc;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Uno studio del 2016<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0ne ha persino definito l&#8217;apporto utile. Bastano 20 grammi al giorno\u00a0di\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">frutta secca<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0per prevenire\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">malattie cardiovascolari<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">cancro<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, mortalit\u00e0 per ogni causa e in\u00a0particolare a esito di malattie respiratorie, diabete e infezioni.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Nel 2017 le vendite di frutta secca sono aumentate del 10%<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> e continuano a crescere, \u00a0grazie anche<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">alle iniziative virtuose della filiera italiana. \u00c8 il caso della creazione di consorzi di tutela delle produzioni italiane,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #1155cc;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">incalzate dalla concorrenza straniera<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, come quello siciliano della\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatitalianfoodtrade.it\/frutta\/frutta-secca\/mandorla-di-avola\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #1155cc;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">mandorla di Avola<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. O delle politiche responsabili dei distributori, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Coop Italia\u00a0dopo\u00a0Unes Supermercati<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La prima insegna della Gdo italiana<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> ha deciso di porre gli snack a base di frutta secca in prossimit\u00e0 delle casse, al posto dei tradizionali \u2018alimenti d\u2019impulso\u2019. Le patatine e i dolciumi, spesso <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>junk food<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, sono cos\u00ec relegati ai distributori automatici,\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #1155cc;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">meno generosi nel fornire informazioni al consumatore<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Pianta un seme nella dieta<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il mirtillo \u00e8 secondo<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> nella classifica di GS1-Italy. Segnalata nello 0,9% dei prodotti, e protagonista di un&#8217;accelerazione delle vendite del 6%, questa piccola bacca era stata anche candidata all&#8217;assegnazione di un\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>claim<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0salutistico, bocciato per\u00f2 da Efsa. \u00c8 infatti associata a un effetto antiossidante sulle cellule e al contrasto alle infezioni urinarie, come mostrato da una\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/23076891\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #1155cc;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">ricerca pubblicata su Cochrane<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>I semi\u00a0sono a loro volta sempre pi\u00f9 apprezzati<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Per la guarnitura dell<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8216;insalata, e ovunque altrove. Le vendite in valore dei prodotti con semi di lino fanno un balzo del 51,5% (21 milioni di euro il volume complessivo), del 28,4% quelli impreziositi di semi di zucca. Fuori classifica, ma necessariamente da menzionare sono i\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #1155cc;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">semi di canapa, superfood<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0da inserire nel carrello della spesa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Cereali ricercati<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>L&#8217;avena, dapprima usata solo per alimentare gli animali<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> da allevamento, \u00e8 ora molto\u00a0ricercata nella versione bio, promossa a\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenme.it\/mangiare\/altri-alimenti\/11784-avena-proprieta-benefici\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #1155cc;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">cereale superfood<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, in quanto ricco\u00a0di\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">proteine<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0(12,6-14,9%) e di\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">acidi grassi essenziali<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, come l&#8217;acido linoleico. Vantata nello 0,5% dei prodotti, spinge le vendite del 4,8%.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Pi\u00f9 apprezzato risulta il farro<\/b>. Coltura millenaria soppiantata dal frumento, questo cereale torna ora alla ribalta con piccole coltivazioni, quasi solo biologiche. Evidenziato nell&#8217;1% dei prodotti (spesso piuttosto costosi), anima le vendite con un +16,1%.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Gli esotici da boom<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Tra gli alimenti estranei alla dieta mediterranea<\/b> ve ne sono alcuni molto ricercati in quanto ritenuti benefici per la salute. Non sempre a ragione.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Clamorosa<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> \u00e8 l&#8217;impennata di vendite &#8211; del 91,6%, per 36 milioni di euro complessivi &#8211; per i prodotti contenenti zenzero (lo 0,1% del campione), radice di importazione correlata a vari\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lastampa.it\/2017\/12\/08\/scienza\/zenzero-benefico-virt-e-controindicazioni-zlPhNjfrsZoBg8cpAkpHVI\/pagina.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #1155cc;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">benefici per la salute, ma non privo di controindicazioni<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Bene anche la quinoa<\/b>, alimento tipico della fascia andina del Sud America. Evidenziata nello 0,5% dei prodotti monitorati da Immagino, ne spinge all&#8217;ins\u00f9 le vendite del 43,1%, fino a 50 milioni di euro.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Davvero incomprensibile<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> \u00e8 invece l&#8217;attrazione dei consumatori italiani per prodotti quali il cocco (vendite +5%) o lo zucchero di canna. Quest&#8217;ultimo, quando raffinato, \u00e8 null&#8217;altro che saccarosio ottenuto da canna invece che da barbaietola. Uno zucchero\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #1155cc;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">perfettamente sovrapponibile allo zucchero bianco comune<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, ma citato come ingrediente (con suggestione di vantaggio qualitativo) nello 0,4% dei prodotti\u00a0favorisce un colpo d&#8217;ala alle vendite di +10%.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Caso diverso<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> \u00e8 il successo della stevia, segnalata nello 0,2% dei prodotti, per i quali determina un +19,2% di vendite. Acalorico e indicato come utile contro obesit\u00e0 e altre patologie, questo dolcificante di origine vegetale \u00e8 molto ricercato dall&#8217;industria alimentare, tanto da essere divenuto\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatitalianfoodtrade.it\/dolcificare\/stevia-dolce-superfood-a-rischio-biotech\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #1155cc;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">oggetto di ricerche frenetiche in ambito biotech<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.
