Ma colmi di birra. Anzi, di birre. Accanto alla\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatitalianfoodtrade.it\/birra\/birra-lager-italiana\">classica lager<\/a> si moltiplicano le etichette di\u00a0<i>stout<\/i>\u00a0inglesi, trappiste belghe, agrumate\u00a0<i>Ale<\/i>, rosse, analcoliche e\u00a0<i>radler<\/i>, cio\u00e8 i mix di birra e bibite analcoliche. L\u2019ampia variet\u00e0 delle c.d.\u00a0<i>birre speciali\u00a0<\/i>assieme alle birre artigianali invade gli scaffali della Gdo, con punte di 118 referenze nei supermercati e 189 negli ipermercati.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il boom delle birre speciali<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Da un paio d&#8217;anni<\/b>, i consumi di birra si sono attestati ai livelli pre-crisi, riferisce Assobirra. Gi\u00e0 dal 2016 i volumi sono tornati ai 31 litri pro-capite del 2007. E tra il 2010 e il 2017, mentre i volumi degli alimenti venduti dalla Gdo crescevano in media del 2%, la birra segnava un +32% in valore.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Come testimonia<\/b>\u00a0l&#8217;ampiezza dell&#8217;offerta nei punti vendita della Gdo (che vende il 59% dei volumi), il segreto del successo \u00e8 la diversificazione. A trainare la ripresa sono infatti soprattutto le birre speciali. Dal 2010 al 2017 sono cresciute del 49,5% (del 70% in valore, essendo pi\u00f9 costose), a fronte del +15% delle\u00a0<i>lager<\/i>\u00a0(+21,5% in valore). La macro-regione pi\u00f9 vocata \u00e8 il Nord Ovest, dove i consumi di birre speciali &#8211; spesso fuori casa &#8211; rappresentano il 36% del totale in Italia.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Pur rappresentando poco meno del 14%<\/b>\u00a0degli oltre 18,8 milioni di ettolitri di birra venduti in Italia, le\u00a0<i>speciali<\/i>\u00a0sono le protagoniste indiscusse della formidabile crescita. Il &#8216;<i>Drink different<\/i>&#8216; \/ come lo definisce il rapporto &#8216;Gli italiani e le birre speciali&#8217;, realizzato da Doxa ad aprile 2018 per l&#8217;Osservatorio Birra &#8211; \u00e8 una scelta ormai consolidata per 7 italiani su 10. Di questi, il 77% si dichiara attratto dai nuovi sapori delle birre speciali e l&#8217;82% ritiene persino che siano pi\u00f9 facili da abbinare alla dieta mediterranea. In confronto alla classica chiara, che rimane l&#8217;abbinamento ideale con la pizza.\u00a0Un&#8217;esplorazione di novit\u00e0 che tuttavia convive con il piacere della classica chiara. Il 61% degli intervistati afferma infatti di alternare la classica chiara con le speciali.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Tra curiosit\u00e0<\/b>\u00a0per nuovi sapori e supina accettazione delle nuove mode, il prezzo maggiorato non scoraggia gli acquisti. Gli intervistati da Doxa si dichiarano disponibili a pagare di pi\u00f9 per le birre speciali. Il 30% dei consumatori di\u00a0<i>stout<\/i>, rosse e trappiste paga qualsiasi prezzo, e il 10% spende fino a 8 euro a bottiglia.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La produzione e l&#8217;export<\/b>\u00a0volano come i consumi interni, con numeri da record. I dati Assobirra attestano che nel 2017 le esportazioni hanno raggiunto il massimo storico (2,7 milioni di ettolitri), crescendo del 7,9%.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Stesso trend per la produzione<\/strong>.
