Di tutta la Nutella un fascio?<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Malattie_non_trasmissibili_il_ruolo_dellOMS-WHO\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Malattie non trasmissibili, il ruolo dell\u2019OMS-WHO<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Le malattie non trasmissibili<\/b>\u00a0(<i>Non-Communicable Diseases,\u00a0<\/i>NCDs) dilagano a livello epidemico, nei cinque continenti, quali cause primarie di mortalit\u00e0 prematura e di peggioramento della qualit\u00e0 della vita.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Malattie cardiovascolari e diabete di tipo 2,<\/b>\u00a0obesit\u00e0 e altre disgrazie. Patologie gravi, spesso croniche, che possono venire evitate o quantomeno mitigate. La prevenzione \u00e8 anzi doverosa, considerato anche che la sanit\u00e0 pubblica non \u00e8 in grado di sopportare i costi dell\u2019epidemia in corso. (1)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Gli squilibri alimentari\u00a0<\/b>sono considerati la prima causa del dilagare epidemico di tali malattie a livello planetario. L\u2019OMS-WHO (<i>World Health Organization<\/i>) ha quindi raccomandato agli Stati membri l\u2019adozione di politiche sanitarie volte a riportare equilibrio nella dieta delle popolazioni. Scoraggiando\u00a0<i>in primis<\/i>\u00a0il consumo di\u00a0cibo-spazzatura\u00a0(<i>junk-food<\/i>).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>I profili nutrizionali\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">sono stati elaborati dal WHO, in apposite linee guida, con l\u2019obiettivo di distinguere gli alimenti e bevande\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">HFSS<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0(<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>High Fats, Sugars and Sodium<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">). Quali ad esempio\u00a0le bevande zuccherate,\u00a0i dolciumi e gli\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>snack<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0squilibrati per eccesso di zuccheri, grassi, sale.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La Commissione europea<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0a sua volta avrebbe dovuto adottare i profili nutrizionali entro un termine scaduto dieci anni fa (!), secondo quanto prescritto dal regolamento su\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Nutrition &amp; Health Claims<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. (2) Al preciso scopo di impedire che il cibo-spazzatura possa venire reclamizzato come \u2018nutriente\u2019 o \u2018salutare\u2019 (es. <a href=\"https:\/\/ilfattoalimentare.it\/nesquik-etichetta-dongo.html\">Nesquik Opti-Star<\/a>).\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Le\u00a0<\/b><i><b>lobby<\/b><\/i><b>\u00a0di\u00a0<\/b><i><b>Big Food<\/b><\/i><b>\u00a0<\/b>sono per\u00f2 riuscite a impedire che la Commissione europea adempiesse ai suoi doveri. E le associazioni dei consumatori, nei dieci anni trascorsi, non hanno neppure inviato a Bruxelles una lettera di messa in mora. (3)\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Olio_extravergine_doliva_e_Parmigiano_Reggiano_Di_tutta_la_Nutella_un_fascio\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Olio extravergine d\u2019oliva e Parmigiano Reggiano. Di tutta la Nutella un fascio?<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il gruppo Ferrero<\/b>\u00a0combatte da anni le politiche di\u00a0sanit\u00e0 pubblica\u00a0che ambiscono a mitigare l\u2019emergenza planetaria delle malattie non trasmissibili. A livello nazionale, europeo e globale.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>I campioni delle vendite<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0&#8211; Nutella, Kinder, Estath\u00e9 &#8211; si distinguono infatti per tenori eccessivi di\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">zuccheri\u00a0e\/o\u00a0grassi saturi<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0(da olio di palma). Del tutto\u00a0inadeguati alle esigenze di nutrizione equilibrata e salute, dei bambini soprattutto.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>L\u2019industria alimentare e la GDO<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0in Europa hanno assunto diversi impegni sulla riformulazione dei prodotti, nell\u2019ambito della\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodagriculturerequirements.com\/notizie\/food-product-improvement-criteri-nutrizionali-e-marketing-come-affrontare-la-crescente-epidemia-di-obesita-e-diabete\/\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>EU Platform for Action on Diet, Physical Activity and Health<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Ferrero invece<\/b>, anzich\u00e9\u00a0rivedere le proprie ricette, ha dato vita a una campagna di disinformazione. Un\u00a0inganno virale,\u00a0<i>Viral Deception<\/i>,\u00a0(4) volto ad\u00a0attribuire alle politiche sanitarie europee e internazionali l\u2019ipotetica velleit\u00e0 di danneggiare il Parmigiano Reggiano, piuttosto che il Prosciutto di Parma o\u00a0l\u2019olio extravergine d\u2019oliva.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La\u00a0<\/b><i><b>Viral Deception<\/b><\/i>\u00a0ha preso il via con uno studio Nomisma &#8211; finanziato da Ferrero bens\u00ec formalmente attribuito a Federalimentare e Coldiretti &#8211; nel quale sono stati ipotizzati gli effetti dei \u2018semafori in etichetta\u2019 sulle vendite di Parmigiano e Prosciutto di Parma DOP nel mercato britannico.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>A ben vedere tuttavia<\/b>, le politiche sanitarie internazionali non sono rivolte ai prodotti alimentari tradizionali. Poich\u00e9 essi si inquadrano nella dieta di sempre delle rispettive popolazioni. Oltre a offrire nutrienti (es. proteine, acidi grassi monoinsaturi) e micronutrienti (sali minerali, vitamine) comunque indispensabili.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>L\u2019Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanit\u00e0<\/b>\u00a0&#8211; e cos\u00ec, gli Stati membri interessati a migliorare la salute dei loro cittadini &#8211; hanno invece soltanto a cuore la riduzione del consumo dei prodotti squilibrati dal punto di vista nutrizionale.(5) Come la Coca-Cola e la Nutella. Senza pretendere il loro divieto, n\u00e9 tantomeno il fallimento delle rispettive\u00a0<i>Corporation<\/i>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Pi\u00f9 semplicemente<\/b>, l\u2019interesse collettivo \u00e8 orientato verso la salute della popolazione globale. Se possibile, anche grazie all\u2019aiuto dei citati colossi industriali. I quali potrebbero mettere fine alla <em>Viral Deception<\/em> e rivedere le ricette dei loro prodotti. Per il bene di tutti. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Peccato solo che nel tranello di Ferrero siano cascati in tanti, dal Sole 24 Ore, che ha lanciato la notizia, al direttore del Consorzio del Parmigiano Reggiano, Riccardo Deserti, e addirittura il ministro delle Politiche agricole Gian Marco Centinaio.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Dario Dongo<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><b>Note<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">(1) Le sole malattie associate a obesit\u00e0 e sovrappeso incidono mediamente in quota 25-30% sulle spese generali della sanit\u00e0 pubblica<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">(2) Cfr. reg. Per poi adire il Tribunale UE, mediante c.d. \u2018ricorso per carenza\u2019, laddove l\u2019istituzione non adempia nei due mesi successivi.
