Sono stati anche interpellati i consumatori (30 individui per 180 interviste per ciascun test), per coglierne i comportamenti d&#8217;acquisto.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>I lamponi\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">confezionati nell\u2019imballaggio Attivo<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">risultano pi\u00f9 freschi<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0(con maturazione inferiore del 10-11%, dopo quattro giorni dal confezionamento),\u00a0rispetto a quelli nell\u2019imballaggio in cartone tradizionale. Il loro aspetto risulta\u00a0migliore (+12,3% dopo quattro giorni), come il profumo (+14,2% dopo 4 giorni) e il gusto (+9,6% dopo 4 giorni), secondo le analisi.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La conservazione\u00a0estesa<\/b>\u00a0della frutta pu\u00f2 consentire di ridurre lo spreco del 6,25%. Un vantaggio per i distributori e i produttori, ma anche per i consumatori. L&#8217;85% degli intervistati risulta disposto a pagare l&#8217;11% in pi\u00f9 per i lamponi confezionati da 4 giorni con questo innovativo <i>packaging<\/i>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>I test sulle ciliegie<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">hanno offerto risultati altrettanto positivi.\u00a0I consumatori hanno riconosciuto alle ciliegie nel cartone Attivo un\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">aspetto generalmente migliore<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0(+5.2% dopo 4 giorni, +40% dopo 7 giorni).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La durabilit\u00e0<\/b>\u00a0delle ciliegie &#8211; dopo 4 giorni di confezionamento e conservazione a temperatura ambiente &#8211; conferma il vantaggio del cartone Attivo. Il quale riduce gli sprechi del 10,5% a confronto con il cartone tradizionale e del 12,4% in rapporto alle cassette in plastiche a sponde abbattibili.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Il_primo_test_su_fragole_albicocche_e_nettarine\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il primo test su fragole, albicocche e nettarine<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Fragole, albicocche e nettarine<\/b>, tre tipi di frutta facilmente deperibili, sono stati i primi\u00a0ortofrutticoli oggetto di\u00a0sperimentazione, gi\u00e0 avviata nel 2017.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Le 4500 analisi\u00a0<\/b>eseguite hanno mostrato come gli imballaggi attivi garantiscano un aumento della\u00a0<i>shelf life<\/i>\u00a0fino a tre giorni su tali prodotti.
