In altri Paesi d\u2019Europa, viceversa, aggiungere ai vini gli\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">zuccheri alieni &#8211; di barbabietola e di canna &#8211; \u00e8 pratica comune. Alle spalle di chi il vino lo produce di sola uva, affrontando costi superiori, e dei consumatori ignari.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><b>L\u2019informazione ai consumatori\u00a0<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u00e8 indispensabile, \u00c8 anzi la condizione minima affinch\u00e9 si possa tollerare la grave asimmetria delle regole di produzione vinicola tuttora in atto nel Mercato interno. Finalmente la Commissione europea inizia a riconoscere questa esigenza, che Assoenologi e Great Italian Food Trade portano avanti da tempo, ora anche con il sostegno dell\u2019Alleanza delle cooperative e di Coldiretti. L<\/span>&#8216;aggiunta di zucchero deve venire sempre indicata sulle\u00a0<span style=\"color: #222222;\">etichette del vini.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zuccheri_alieni_in_etichetta_dibattiti_in_corso\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Zuccheri alieni in etichetta, dibattiti in corso<\/b><\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>L&#8217;Italia \u00e8 impegnata da anni<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0nella battaglia per la\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">trasparenza<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0delle\u00a0etichette dei vini. Se sono stati impiegati zuccheri diversi da quelli dell\u2019uva, il consumatore deve venire informato. Tenuto conto sia delle ipotesi di zuccheraggio, sia di quelle di spumantizzazione<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">,\u00a0con saccarosio da canna o barbabietola.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>L\u2019Alleanza delle cooperative italiane<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>e Coldiretti<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0hanno perci\u00f2 obiettato alle posizioni di retroguardia espresse da Ceev (<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Comit\u00e9 Europ\u00e9en des Entreprises Vins<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">) e\u00a0Copa-Cogeca (la confederazione europea delle confederazioni agricole negli Stati membri UE).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #ff0000; font-size: medium;\"><i><b>&#8216;Vogliamo trasparenza<\/b><\/i><i>. E se lo zucchero \u00e8 aggiunto al vino deve essere indicato in etichetta. Noi consideriamo lo zucchero un ingrediente \u00e8 come tale va indicato<\/i>\u2019 (Ruenza Santandrea, Alleanza cooperative agroalimentari italiane, coordinatrice del settore vitivinicolo).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il dibattito<\/b>\u00a0a ben vedere ha tutt\u2019altra ampiezza. Non si tratta solo di decidere se citare gli zuccheri alieni sulle bottiglie presentate come \u2018nettare di Bacco\u2019. Bisogna invece sottoporre le bevande alcoliche alle stesse regole di etichettatura stabilite per la generalit\u00e0 dei prodotti alimentari.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bevande_alcoliche_le_deroghe_in_etichetta\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Bevande alcoliche, le deroghe in etichetta<\/b><\/span><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il regolamento \u2018<\/b><i><b>Food Information to Consumers<\/b><\/i>\u2019 ha riconosciuto alle bevande alcoliche due ingiustificate deroghe dagli obblighi di etichettatura:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211;\u00a0esenzione dalla lista ingredienti obbligatoria (fatto salvo il dovere di indicare gli allergeni),\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; deroga dall\u2019obbligo della tabella nutrizionale. (1)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il 13.3.17 la Commissione europea<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0ha presentato una\u00a0relazione\u00a0\u2018all\u2019acqua di rose\u2019<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Una\u00a0documento nel quale, anzich\u00e9\u00a0mettere fine alle citate deroghe, Bruxelles ha\u00a0chiesto alle associazioni di categoria di avanzare proposte di \u2018codici di condotta\u2019 volontari, entro un anno.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il 12.3.18\u00a0i settori interessati<\/b>\u00a0&#8211; vino, birra,\u00a0sidro\u00a0e superalcolici &#8211; hanno presentato una \u00a0proposta che sfiora il ridicolo. Impegnandosi \u00a0a comunicare lista ingredienti e dichiarazione nutrizionale non in etichetta ma sul web. Con modalit\u00e0 differenziate, tra l\u2019altro, a seconda delle categorie. (2)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>A settembre 2018<\/b>\u00a0<b>un portavoce<\/b>\u00a0della Commissione europea ha dichiarato che il progetto di autoregolazione di cui sopra non \u00e8 coerente ai suoi presupposti legali ed \u00e8 inadeguato a informare i consumatori dell&#8217;UE. Bruxelles potrebbe quindi decidere di introdurre norme obbligatorie, meglio tardi che mai.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il commissario\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #191619;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Vytenis Andriukaitis, peraltro, si \u00e8 gi\u00e0 distinto per una serie di bluff. Sul contrasto alle frodi alimentari<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, poi relegate a un \u2018centro di conoscenza\u2019<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #191619;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">come sulla definizione degli alimenti vegetariani e vegani<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #191619;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.
