Con un apposito referendum.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Prosecco s\u00ec, ma senza avvelenare<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>L&#8217;impennata della produzione<\/b>\u00a0di bollicine\u00a0<i>made in Italy\u00a0<\/i>ha\u00a0aumentato a dismisura l\u2019impiego di\u00a0agrotossici. Un gruppo di cittadini di Conegliano\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">ha perci\u00f2 deciso di intervenire, per tutelare l\u2019ambiente e la salute della comunit\u00e0.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il comitato \u2018<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.coneglianosenzapesticidi.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>Conegliano Senza Pesticid<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>i&#8217;<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">,\u00a0regolarmente costituito dinanzi a un notaio, ha raccolto<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a02.552 sottoscrizioni in meno di due mesi. Provvedendo al loro\u00a0deposito formale, al sindaco Fabio Chies, il 25.10.18.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il quesito referendario<\/b>\u00a0propone di vietare l&#8217;uso di pesticidi (o agrotossici) sul territorio comunale. Promuovendo l&#8217;impiego di sostanze non nocive, come quelle previste nell\u2019agricoltura biologica e biodinamica. La strada da percorrere \u00e8 tracciata.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il Consiglio comunale di Conegliano<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0deve ora decidere se modificare i<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">l Regolamento Intercomunale di Polizia Rurale del Comune di Conegliano per\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">dare seguito al quesito sottoscritto dai cittadini, che recita cos\u00ec.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>&#8216;Il Comune di Conegliano promuove nel territorio comunale l\u2019uso di prodotti fitosanitari\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>biodegradabili<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>ammessi nelle pratiche dell\u2019<\/i><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>agricoltura biologica<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>e\/o biodinamica, si impegna ad indicare le misure a\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>sostegno<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>di detto uso e\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>VIETA l\u2019utilizzo di sostanze tossiche<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>, di prodotti sintetici e di diserbanti chimici dannosi per la salute e per l\u2019ambiente e comunque\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>di tutti i fitofarmaci chimici di sintesi<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>all\u2019interno dei confini comunali&#8217;.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Piovono agrotossici nel\u00a0<\/b>\u2018<i><b>Proseccoshire<\/b><\/i><b>\u2019\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il \u2018<\/b><i><b>Proseccoshire<\/b><\/i><b>\u2019\u00a0<\/b>\u00e8 ammorbato dagli agrotossici. Sostanze pericolose vengono irrorate senza ritegno, anche al di fuori degli orari previsti, addirittura a ridosso delle scuole. \u00c8 questa la denuncia del\u00a0comitato \u2018<i>Conegliano Senza Pesticidi\u2019.\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodtimes.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/aree.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-35632 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.foodtimes.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/aree.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.foodtimes.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/aree.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.foodtimes.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/aree-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.foodtimes.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/aree-150x94.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8216;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Il Veneto \u00e8 la regione italiana con i livelli pi\u00f9 alti di consumo dei pesticidi (quasi 12 chili per ettaro, contro una media italiana di 5 chili), forti impatti ambientali, inquinamento delle acque, problemi sanitari della popolazione (agricoltori in primo luogo), perdita di biodiversit\u00e0<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8216; (<\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/cambialaterra.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">cambialaterra.it<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, Federbio).\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Le oasi\u00a0di produzione del prosecco bio\u00a0<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">sono isole felici, ancora troppo piccole per\u00f2 per contrastare l\u2019inquinamento causato dall\u2019agricoltura convenzionale che domina i vigneti sul territorio. La stessa Federbio\u00a0<\/span>riferisce a centinaia di denunce, nella zona di Conegliano. Impiego di pesticidi non autorizzati, in orari non permessi, violazione delle distanze di sicurezza, la vaporizzazione vicino alle scuole.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Agrotossici nel Proseccoshire, quali rischi?<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La tossicit\u00e0 dei pesticidi<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00e8 nota. Attivi come interferenti endocrini<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, sono correlati all&#8217;insorgenza di malattie neurologiche e alterazioni del DNA nella \u00a0popolazione esposta. I lavoratori nei campi, e la comunit\u00e0 circostante. I bambinii<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, in particolare.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Le &#8216;<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>demenze e morbo di Alzheimer<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8216;, peraltro, sono in crescita nel Veneto.
