(1) In Europa invece, \u00e8 silenzio tombale.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Acido oleico. Cos\u2019\u00e8 e dove si trova<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>L&#8217;acido oleico \u00e8 un grasso monoinsaturo<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0(MUFA,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Monounsaturated fatty acid<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">), che appartiene alla famiglia dei \u2018<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">grassi buoni<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Cos\u00ec come gli acidi grassi polinsaturi (PUFA) e gli Omega 3<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>L\u2019oleico si trova naturalmente<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0in numerosi alimenti, tra cui gli oli vegetali, le carni (manzo, pollo, maiale), i formaggi, le noci<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, i semi di girasole. Oltre a uova, pasta, latte, olive e avocado.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Acido oleico e prevenzione delle malattie coronariche<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La FDA ha considerato alcuni oli\u00a0<\/b>vegetali che contengono almeno il 70% di acido oleico. In essenza, l\u2019olio d&#8217;oliva e le variet\u00e0 \u2018alto oleico\u2019 degli oli di girasole, cartamo, colza,\u00a0alghe. Il cui consumo, in alternativa a grassi e oli pi\u00f9 ricchi di grassi saturi, pu\u00f2 ridurre il rischio di malattie coronariche.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La riduzione del rischio<\/b>\u00a0di CHD (<i>coronary heart disease<\/i>) \u00e8 stata valutata con riguardo all\u2019incidenza di una serie di malattie. Eventi coronarici (infarto miocardico, ischemia), morte cardiovascolare, malattia coronarica e aterosclerosi. Considerando altres\u00ec la variazione della pressione arteriosa e le concentrazioni di colesterolo (quello totale e quello \u2018cattivo\u2019, LDL) nel sangue.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Acido oleico e prevenzione malattie coronariche, i claim validati da FDA<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>A seguito di una revisione sistematica\u00a0<\/b>delle prove scientifiche disponibili, la FDA ha valutato la fondatezza della relazione tra consumo di acido oleico e prevenzione di CHD (<i>coronary heart disease<\/i>). Sulla base di sette studi scientifici di rilevo. (2)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Due \u2018<\/b><i><b>qualified health claim<\/b><\/i>\u2019\u00a0hanno perci\u00f2 ricevuto il via libera dell\u2019Agenzia. (3) Tali indicazioni sulla salute \u2018qualificate\u2019 potranno quindi venire utilizzate sulle etichette in USA, per mostrare la relazione tra il consumo di oli alimentari con almeno il 70% di acido oleico e la riduzione del rischio di malattie cardio-coronariche. (4)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Olio extravergine d\u2019oliva e benefici per la salute, silenzio tombale in Europa<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Le notizie raccolte<\/b>\u00a0in questo articolo e negli studi citati, in\u00a0Europa, possiamo solo tenerle a mente. Poich\u00e9 \u00e8 altamente improbabile che tali informazioni potranno venire autorizzate sulle etichette dei nostri pregiati oli. Almeno, fino a quando non verranno modificate le assurde regole vigenti in UE su indicazioni nutrizionali e salutistiche relative agli alimenti (\u2018<i>Nutrition &amp; Health Claims<\/i>\u2019, NHC). (5)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La bibliografia scientifica<\/b>\u00a0sui numerosi benefici per la salute associati al consumo di olio extravergine d\u2019oliva \u00e8 sovrabbondante. (6) Ben utile a promuovere il consumo delle nostre \u2018spremute d\u2019olive fresche\u2019 in ogni angolo del pianeta, rilanciando una filiera che vede l\u2019Italia al primo posto per variet\u00e0 di\u00a0<i>cultivar<\/i>\u00a0e sapienza produttiva. Ma l\u2019unico\u00a0<i>health claim<\/i>\u00a0ad oggi autorizzato in etichetta \u00e8 quello relativo alle propriet\u00e0 antiossidanti dei suoi polifenoli.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>L\u2019Europa<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0costringe le nostre Ferrari a viaggiare sul carretto tirato dai muli. E i nostri politici, comandati delle\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>lobby<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0di\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Big Food<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0anche tramite Coldiretti, ancora perdono tempo coi falsi pericoli<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0di \u2018discriminazione\u2019 del <em>Made in Italy<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0da parte dell\u2019OMS<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Per garantire che tali indicazioni non risultino fuorvianti per i consumatori, esse devono venire accompagnate da una clausola di manleva (<i>disclaimer<\/i>), ove si comunica con precisione il livello di evidenza scientifica.
