Il debutto in Francia<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u2018<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i><b>C\u2019est qui le patron?! <a href=\"https:\/\/lamarqueduconsommateur.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">La marque du consommateur<\/a><\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u2019\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">debutta in Francia nel 2016. L\u2019iniziativa del movimento dei consumatori nasce dall\u2019esigenza di decidere quali prodotti inserire a scaffale dei supermercati. Con l\u2019idea promossa da Nicolas Chabanne, che ha ricevuto il suffragio dei consumAttori d\u2019Oltralpe, di considerare le merci nel loro valore pi\u00f9 autentico.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Il rapporto qualit\u00e0-prezzo<\/b>, alla base dei successi della \u2018<i>private label<\/i>\u2019 (o MDD, marca del distributore), \u00e8 solo uno dei tanti aspetti considerati. Il valore espresso da una derrata \u00e8 ben pi\u00f9 ampio e si valuta a partire dalla produzione agricola primaria. I criteri che guidano le scelte di approvvigionamento della \u2018<i>marque du consommateur\u2019\u00a0<\/i>sono perci\u00f2 i seguenti:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>&#8211; sostenibilit\u00e0<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>socio-ambientale<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0dell\u2019intera filiera, con un premio per la conversione al\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">biologico<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>&#8211; benessere animale<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0e qualit\u00e0 del cibo<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0somministrato agli animali,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>&#8211; equo compenso<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #e4af0a;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">ai produttori, in agricoltura e trasformazione,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>&#8211; origine delle materie prime\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">e luogo di produzione\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">delle merci,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>&#8211; profili nutrizionali<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0degli alimenti ultra-processati<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>La marcia dei 10 mila<\/b>\u00a0(questo \u00e8 il numero dei soci del movimento \u2018<i>C\u2019est qui le patron?!<\/i>\u2019) in due soli anni ha ispirato le scelte quotidiane d\u2019acquisto di\u00a0<b>oltre<\/b>\u00a0<b>6 milioni<\/b>\u00a0di consumatori su 12 mila punti vendita in Francia. Pi\u00f9 di 85 milioni i litri di latte equamente remunerato agli allevatori virtuosi.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>La marca del consumatore, \u2018<\/b><i><b>Chi \u00e8 il padrone?!<\/b><\/i>\u2019<b>, l\u2019ABC<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>La marca del consumatore \u2018<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i><b>Chi \u00e8 il padrone?!<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u2019\u00a0viene creata dall\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lamarcadelconsumatore.it\">associazione omonima<\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> con il supporto tecnico-giuridico della nostra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodagriculturerequirements.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FARE<\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">. In una logica\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>no profit<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0che mira ad affermare il potere decisionale dei consumAttori, e il valore cruciale dell\u2019integrit\u00e0 della filiera<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, cio\u00e8 dell\u2019etica. (1)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>L\u2019integrazione di filiera<\/b>\u00a0opera secondo il meccanismo che segue.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>A) I consumAttori<\/b>\u00a0vengono coinvolti anzitutto mediante questionari e altri metodi di indagine atti a garantire l\u2019indipendenza dei dati raccolti. Allo scopo di valutare la percezione qualitativa dei valori espressi dalle singole filiere alimentari. Ed \u00e8 proprio sulla base di tali dati, a condividersi con trasparenza, che l\u2019associazione \u2018progetta\u2019 ciascun prodotto.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>B) I produttori<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>selezionati<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0(e\/o le loro organizzazioni) che aderiscano ai valori espressi si impegnano a realizzare i prodotti secondo i criteri definiti dall\u2019associazione in appositi disciplinari. Garantendo altres\u00ec la tracciabilit\u00e0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0dell\u2019intera filiera, \u2018<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>from farm to fork<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u2019.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>C) Gli operatori della distribuzione<\/b>\u00a0(moderna e tradizionale) sono liberi di decidere se acquistare e distribuire i prodotti a marca del consumatore. Nel rispetto delle pratiche commerciali leali, senza esclusive n\u00e9 favoritismi. L\u2019associazione contribuisce alla promozione dei prodotti mediante una comunicazione di base \u2018dal basso\u2019, in rete. Per favorire il mantenimento dei prezzi di vendita raccomandati senza penalizzare alcuno dei protagonisti della filiera.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>La marca del consumatore, esempi e prospettive\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Il latte\u00a0a<\/b>\u00a0<b>marca\u00a0del consumatore<\/b>, per citare un buon esempio d\u2019Oltralpe, \u00e8 stato richiesto di origine rigorosamente francese, da mucche allevate al pascolo almeno 6 mesi l\u2019anno e nutrite con foraggi naturali non Ogm, prodotti nel raggio di 70 km. Il latte UHT a marca \u2018<i>C\u2019est qui le patron?!<\/i>\u2019 costa perci\u00f2 0,99\u20ac\/l, a fronte di una media di 0,67. E il valore riconosciuto agli allevatori che investano sulla qualit\u00e0 richiesta \u00e8 altres\u00ec superiore (+ 0,20\u20ac\/l).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodtimes.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/latte-mdc.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-36696\" src=\"http:\/\/www.foodtimes.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/latte-mdc.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.foodtimes.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/latte-mdc.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.foodtimes.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/latte-mdc-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.foodtimes.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/latte-mdc-150x94.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>I prodotti \u2018<\/b><i><b>Chi \u00e8 il padrone?!<\/b><\/i>\u2019\u00a0in Francia sono ora una ventina, a partire dalle derrate essenziali come latte e latticini, uova, miele, pasta, conserve vegetali, cioccolato,\u00a0<i>etc<\/i>. Il burro ha vinto il premio \u2018innovazione\u2019, nel 2018. Grazie anche al sostegno offerto alla conversione all\u2019agricoltura biologica, premiata con 0,15\u20ac extra per unit\u00e0 di vendita, in aggiunta al \u2018giusto prezzo\u2019 per il produttore. Altrettanto vale per il miele, +0,15\u20ac a vasetto per la tutela degli alveari e del loro habitat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Ed \u00e8 solo l\u2019inizio<\/b>, poich\u00e9 i consumatori premono. La gamma dei prodotti sul territorio \u00e8 destinata a venire ampliata, con la gradualit\u00e0 richiesta per accompagnare lo sviluppo di prodotti buoni e giusti, in raccordo con la filiera agricola e la trasformazione. \u2018<i>C\u2019est qui le patron?! La marca del consumatore\u2019<\/i>\u00a0ha gi\u00e0 raggiunto il 22\u00b0 posto tra le marche francesi, con un indice di penetrazione sul mercato del 14%.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Il movimento<\/b>\u00a0si va affermando in vari Paesi d\u2019Europa (Spagna, Belgio, Grecia e Germania, oltre a Francia e Italia) e altrove (Marocco, USA). La prospettiva \u00e8 perci\u00f2 anche quella di valorizzare il \u2018<i>Made in<\/i>\u2019 &#8211; come meglio sentito dai consumatori di ogni Paese &#8211; sui mercati internazionali.
