L\u2019innovazione sostenibile che ha costretto tre giovani italiani a migrare a Londra per superare gli ostacoli normativi e burocratici del Bel Paese.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Tre cervelli in fuga<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il progetto Crick\u00e9 nasce 5 anni\u00a0<\/b>fa dall&#8217;intuizione di\u00a0Edoardo e\u00a0Francesco. Un\u00a0<i>business consultant<\/i>\u00a0e un\u00a0<i>designer<\/i>\u00a0che riflettono sul costo ambientale delle proteine animali e decidono di ragionare sull\u2019impiego di \u2018gamberetti di terra\u2019 nella produzione alimentare. Proteine nobili e sostenibili che in un paio d\u2019anni trovano\u00a0anche espressione culinaria grazie all\u2019ingresso di Marco, chef\u00a0esperto e terzo socio.\u00a0L&#8217;impresa debutta a ottobre 2018 con l\u2019immissione in commercio\u00a0di cinque prodotti da forno (3\u00a0<i>crackers<\/i>\u00a0e 2\u00a0<i>tortilla chips<\/i>) e una farina.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>L\u2019impiego degli insetti\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">nelle produzioni alimentari\u00a0\u00e8 gi\u00e0\u00a0consentito in diversi Paesi europei<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0come\u00a0Belgio,\u00a0Finlandia,\u00a0Francia, Lussemburgo, Olanda, Regno Unito e\u00a0Svizzera. Non \u00e8 ancora ammesso invece\u00a0in Italia<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, sebbene si tratti di un\u2019ottima occasione per creare valore nella produzione agricola primaria\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Made in Italy<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le ragioni del grillo<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>L\u2019entomofagia<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0&#8211; gi\u00e0 pratica abituale in varie parti del pianeta &#8211; inizia a incontrare curiosit\u00e0 e interesse anche presso i consumatori italiani, come ha mostrato il pi\u00f9 ampio sondaggio finora realizzato in Italia<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.
