La transizione dell\u2019Europa verso l\u2019agroecologia\u00a0e il biologico potrebbe venire effettivamente raggiunta in una decina d\u2019anni, secondo\u00a0IDDRI\u00a0(<i>Institut pour le D\u00e9veloppement Durable et les Relations Internationales<\/i>).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Tutelare la salute umana e l\u2019ambiente<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, salvare il clima e la biodiversit\u00e0. Non bastano la politica n\u00e9 le petizioni o i \u2018<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Fridays For Future\u2019<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, bisogna mangiare in modo diverso. Pi\u00f9 fibre, pi\u00f9 verdure e frutta di stagione, meno proteine animali. I consumAttori, come sempre<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, sono i protagonisti. L\u2019evoluzione della dieta pu\u00f2 consentire di ridurre le importazioni di proteine vegetali (es. soia<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, legumi<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">) e nutrire l\u2019intera popolazione europea. Per \u2018sostenere la sostenibilit\u00e0\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, sempre pi\u00f9\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">bio<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, #IoVotocolPortafoglio.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Agroecologia in Europa nel 2050, uno scenario possibile\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u2018<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>Un&#8217;Europa agroecologica<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>nel 2050: agricoltura multifunzionale per un&#8217;alimentazione sana<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019. Lo studio dell\u2019istituto indipendente IDDRI presenta uno scenario che mostra come sia possibile convertire l\u2019intera agricoltura europea verso il metodo biologico<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Grazie a \u2018<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.iddri.org\/en\/project\/ten-years-agroecology-europe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Ten Years For Agroecology In Europe<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. (1)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u2018<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>Sono necessari 10 anni\u2019<\/b><\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, spiegano i ricercatori, \u2018<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>non per raggiungere interamente l\u2019agroecologia in Europa in quest\u2019arco di tempo, ma per lanciare un movimento che render\u00e0 tutto ci\u00f2 una prospettiva credibile<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019. Lo studio perci\u00f2 dimostra come questa transizione \u2018<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>non \u00e8 solo desiderabile, ma anche credibile. Si aprono un dibattito e una nuova area strategica, [anche] nella politica<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Eliminazione progressiva<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0di pesticidi<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0e fertilizzanti di sintesi, estensione delle infrastrutture agro-ecologiche (es. siepi, alberi, stagni, strisce di natura selvatica<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">) e diete alimentari pi\u00f9 sane sono alla base della transizione. La produzione potr\u00e0 ridurre in termini quantitativi ma migliorare, nella qualit\u00e0 nutrizionale e nelle prestazioni socio-ambientali.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u2018<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>Nonostante un calo\u00a0<\/b><\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>della produzione del 35% rispetto al 2010 (in kcal), questo scenario<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>soddisfa il fabbisogno alimentare di tutti gli europei mantenendo al tempo stesso la capacit\u00e0 di esportare cereali, latticini e vino. Riduce le emissioni di gas serra nel settore agricolo del 40% rispetto al 2010, ripristina la biodiversit\u00e0 e protegge le risorse naturali<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La transizione del sistema<\/b>\u00a0agricolo e alimentare pu\u00f2 cos\u00ec rispondere alle esigenze pi\u00f9 concrete e attuali:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>&#8211; nutrire la salute<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, con inversione di tendenza rispetto a \u2018<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>diete sempre pi\u00f9 squilibrate<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019 che guidano l\u2019avanzata di obesit\u00e0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0anche infantile<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, diabete<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0e malattie cardiovascolari,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>&#8211; preservare la biodiversit\u00e0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, a cui la FAO ha di recente dedicato un ampio rapporto<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, e le risorse naturali,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>&#8211; mitigare i cambiamenti climatici<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, rispetto ai quali l\u2019agricoltura industrializzata su larga scala rimane un fattore rilevante.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Studio IDDRI, i punti focali<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il sistema agroalimentare\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">non \u00e8 sostenibile nel medio termine, neppure nel Vecchio Continente. \u2018<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Anche se produciamo molto in Europa, mangiamo troppo e le nostre diete sono squilibrate in relazione alle raccomandazioni nutrizionali dell&#8217;Autorit\u00e0 europea per la sicurezza alimentare (EFSA) e dell&#8217;Organizzazione mondiale della sanit\u00e0 (OMS)\u2019<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Iper-produzione, sprechi sistemici<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0e consumi squilibrati.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u2018<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>Un&#8217;Europa agro-ecologica<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>pu\u00f2 soddisfare il fabbisogno alimentare equilibrato di 530 milioni di europei entro il 2050<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019. Nessun rischio per le esigenze nutrizionali degli europei se si passa a una dieta sana, in linea con le raccomandazioni di Efsa e Oms. N\u00e9 alcuna rinuncia ai cibi della tradizione legati alla terra, ivi compresi carne e vino. Soltanto, si devono ridurre i consumi di alimenti d\u2019origine animale, privilegiandone la qualit\u00e0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. E soprattutto meno zuccheri aggiunti<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, pi\u00f9 fibre, in generale pi\u00f9 verdura e frutta di stagione.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La \u2018<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>food security<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019\u00a0&#8211; vale a dire, la sicurezza degli approvvigionamenti alimentari e dunque la disponibilit\u00e0 di cibo sano e nutriente per tutti &#8211; \u00e8 a sua volta stata oggetto di un recente rapporto FAO<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. E pu\u00f2 ancor meglio venire garantita dall\u2019agro-ecologia, nella prospettiva tra l\u2019altro di ridurre le importazioni di legumi e cereali extra-UE (e cos\u00ec, la domanda di prodotti che provengano da filiere spesso insostenibili). Possono poi venire costituite riserve, molto utili in situazioni di estrema volatilit\u00e0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0dei prezzi e\/o di crisi alimentari.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Salute e ambiente, un\u2019utopia possibile.<\/b>\u00a0<b>I compiti<\/b>\u00a0<b>della politica<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Lo scenario proposto da IDDRI<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0\u00e8 di certo coerente alle esigenze mostrate nel rapporto ONU \u2018<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>The State of the World In 2050<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019. I \u2018<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Sustainable Development Goals<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019 (<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">SDGs<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">) fissati per il 2030 sono lontanissimi e si allontanano sempre pi\u00f9, in particolare per ci\u00f2 che attiene a eliminazione della povert\u00e0 estrema e della denutrizione<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0che vi si accompagna.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u2018<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>Una visione archetipica ideale<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>per il 2050<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019 pu\u00f2 dunque tradursi in realt\u00e0 a condizione di attivare fin da subito le sinergie indispensabili a promuovere filiere eque e sostenibili<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Con la pressione dal basso<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0dei consumatori e il contributo della politica.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La politica<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>europea<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0deve affrancarsi dal peso delle\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>lobby<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0di\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Big Food<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0e delle Big 4<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, per lavorare con seriet\u00e0 su tre fronti:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>1) stimolare il #cambiamento<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0dei profili nutrizionali<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0del cibo spazzatura<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0con misure cogenti. Gli alimenti ultra-trasformati<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, allorch\u00e9 si qualifichino come HFSS (<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>High Fats, Sugar and Sodium<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">), devono venire sottoposti a:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">tasse su zuccheri (nonch\u00e9 sodio, nei prodotti che lo contengano) e grassi.
