Ma quando la promessa si rivela un bidone, anche l\u2019oste rischia la gattabuia. E non c\u2019\u00e8 scampo ai\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">RAC<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, il Reparto Agroalimentare dei Carabinieri.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>RAC, una pioggia di sanzioni<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Nel solo mese di aprile 2019<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, i militari del RAC hanno proceduto ad accertamenti e contestazioni nei confronti di una serie di ristoratori. I quali falsamente millantavano l\u2019impiego di prodotti DOP e IGP in alcuni loro piatti. Salvo invece utilizzare, al loro posto, ingredienti di valore e qualit\u00e0 inferiori.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Le frodi smascherate<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0dai militari dei RAC riguardano alcune delle pi\u00f9 celebri e apprezzate specialit\u00e0, tra Dop e Igp (qui l&#8217;elenco completo aggiornato ad aprile 2019). In dettaglio,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>&#8211; la focaccia di Recco col formaggio IGP<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Registrata tra le indicazioni geografiche nel 2015 \u00e8 largamente imitata, con risultati spesso lontani dall&#8217;originale. Anche gli\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>chef<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0in tv ne usurpano il nome, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilfattoquotidiano.it\/2013\/03\/28\/tutta-verita-sulla-focaccia-di-recco\/545079\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">facendo infuriare il Consorzio di tutela<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0Ma la gustosa sfoglia farcita di formaggio fresco, per evocare<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0il territorio di Recco, deve rispondere alle caratteristiche indicate nel disciplinare della IGP. (1) Che sono risultate assenti, in parte o del tutto, nelle focacce controllate dal RAC di Torino in numerosi panifici, pizzerie e ristoranti. Da Pavia a La Spezia, sanzioni a pioggia per 28mila euro.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>&#8211; Parmigiano Reggiano Dop<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, Mozzarella di bufala campana Dop e Gorgonzola Dop sono invece i prodotti a denominazione protetta evocati impropriamente<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0nei men\u00f9 di alcuni ristoranti della capitale. Il RAC di Roma ha accertato che in luogo dei citati pregiati ingredienti, i ristoratori impiegavano diversi formaggi a pasta dura, mozzarelle di latte misto, formaggi erborinati \u2018<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Made in Germany<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019. Si \u00e8 cos\u00ec proceduto alla contestazione del delitto di\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">frode in commercio<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><b>Frode in commercio. Chiunque<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>, nell&#8217;esercizio di una attivit\u00e0 commerciale, ovvero in uno spaccio aperto al pubblico, consegna all&#8217;acquirente una cosa mobile per un&#8217;altra, ovvero una cosa mobile, per origine, provenienza, qualit\u00e0 o quantit\u00e0, diversa da quella dichiarata o pattuita, \u00e8 punito, qualora il fatto non costituisca un pi\u00f9 grave delitto, con la reclusione fino a due anni o con la multa fino a duemilasessantacinque euro<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019 (codice penale, articolo 515).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Torna alla mente il &#8216;Cambonzola&#8217;<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, una delle tante contraffazioni del \u2018<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Made in Italy<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u2019 realizzate in area germanica<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0che nel 2015 il nostro sito FT (Food Times) ha denunciato pubblicamente.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Attenzione ai fornitori<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Il ristoratore \u00e8 sempre responsabile<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0della veridicit\u00e0 delle notizie offerte sul men\u00f9. Commette perci\u00f2 una frode, ad esempio, quando presenta come \u2018abbattuto\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0il pesce che \u00e8 invece congelato. O quando <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodagriculturerequirements.com\/notizie\/pasta-filante-al-posto-della-mozzarella-in-pizzeria-risponde-lavvocato-dario-dongo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chiama \u2018mozzarella\u2019<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0la volgare \u2018pasta filante\u2019, sulla pizza o nei tramezzini. E rischia l\u2019accusa di frode anche quando utilizza false Dop e Igp, pi\u00f9 o meno (in)consapevolmente.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>I RAC<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0hanno avviato le pulizie di primavera, sanzioni amministrative per oltre 30mila euro nel solo mese di aprile 2019. In aggiunta alle segnalazioni di notizie di reato, Le operazioni hanno sventato frodi relative a cinque prodotti a denominazione protetta.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>&#8211; Speck Alto Adige Igp<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. 1,5 tonnellate di falso speck sono stati sequestrati nelle province autonome di Trento e Bolzano dal RAC di Parma. Merce sequestrata presso aziende produttrici e punti vendita, per 13.600 euro di valore.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>&#8211; Prosciutto di Parma Dop<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. 0,3 ton di prosciutti (24 cosce) sono state sequestrate in un prosciuttificio del Parmense per violazione del disciplinare. I documenti di certificazione, a strascico dello scandalo di \u2018Prosciuttopoli\u2019, non riportavano infatti le date di nascita dei suini utilizzati.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>&#8211; Mozzarella di Bufala Campana Dop<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. 0,9 tonnellate di imballaggi, 26 mila confezioni destinate ad avvolgere mozzarelle di latte misto (bufalino e vaccino) falsamente proposte come Mozzarella di Bufala Campana Dop. I RAC di Roma sono intervenuti in due caseifici, nelle province di Napoli e Caserta. (2)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>&#8211; Ricotta<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>di bufala adulterata<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. In uno dei caseifici campani di cui sopra \u00e8 stata inoltre scoperta l\u2019aggiunta di zucchero nella ricotta di bufala, per addolcirne il sapore. I carabinieri hanno sequestrato 15 kg di zucchero raffinato, destinato allo zuccheraggio \u2013 espediente tipico nella produzione di vino in Francia e Germania \u2013 della <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatitalianfoodtrade.it\/ricotta\/ricotta-fresca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ricotta<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">L&#8217;operazione campana si \u00e8 conclusa con la denuncia di tre persone all&#8217;autorit\u00e0 giudiziaria, per i delitti di frode in commercio e vendita di sostanza alimentari non genuine come genuine.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>&#8211; Pistacchio di Bronte Dop<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. Anche il celebre pistacchio siciliano, come gli altri prodotti di qualit\u00e0 protetta di cui sopra, viene contraffatto sul suo stesso territorio.
