Bene farebbero dunque a studiare e mettere in pratica gli&nbsp;insegnamenti di Julio Wallovits e Pau Virgili, autori di &lsquo;La&nbsp;reconciliaci&oacute;n con el consumidor&rsquo; (Ediciones Urano, Barcelona,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.empresaactiva.com\" rel=\"nofollow\">www.empresaactiva.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p> La riconciliazione coi consumatori significa mettersi dalla loro, anzi&nbsp;dalla nostra parte, poich&eacute; tutti noi &#8211; tolte le uniformi dei&nbsp;rispettivi impieghi &#8211; siamo infatti consum-attori. Servono notizie veritiere sui valori che animano l&#8217;impresa, l&#8217;impegno verso la&nbsp;qualit&agrave; delle condizioni di lavoro al passo con quella dei prodotti,&nbsp;il rispetto dell&#8217;ambiente, l&#8217;impatto favorevole sulle comunit&agrave; locali.&nbsp;<br \/> In una parola, sostenibilit&agrave;.<\/p>\n<p> Altra via non&nbsp;pare essere data, nel mercato attuale e in quello futuro.
