Una tesi confermata dallo studio apparso sulla rivista della<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/18589027\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> American Dietetic Association<\/a>, che ha vagliato l&#8217;apporto calorico dei pasti in funzione della velocit\u00e0 di ingerimento. Mangiare lentamente si \u00e8 dimostrato utile a raggiungere pi\u00f9 rapidamente il senso di saziet\u00e0 e a tenere a bada il peso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo stesso obiettivo \u00e8 stato al centro dell&#8217;indagine proposta sul <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/16710080\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Journal of Epidemiology giapponese<\/a>. Condotta su circa 5mila adulti dimostra che mangiare velocemente ha effetti negativi sull&#8217;indice di massa corporea (Bmi) e sulla sua evoluzione a partire dai 20 anni di et\u00e0.
