L&#8217;ennesima conferma della funzione benefica di questi acidi grassi essenziali emerge dalla meta-analisi condotta dai ricercatori dell&#8217;Universit\u00e0 cinese di Zhejiang e pubblicata sul BMJ, il <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bmj.com\/content\/346\/bmj.f3706\" rel=\"nofollow\">British Medical Journal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il team condotto dal dottor Duo Li ha individuato la dose-risposta: l&#8217;incidenza di cancro alla mammella si riduce del 5% con un&#8217;assunzione giornaliera di 0,1 grammi al giorno di omega-3 marini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La meta-analisi ha vagliato 26 pubblicazioni, selezionate tra 11 articoli sul consumo di pesce, 17 sulla integrazione di omega-3 di origine marina e 12 sul ruolo degli acidi grassi alfa linoleici, per una mole complessiva di dati su 800mila partecipanti e 20mila casi di tumore al seno.
