La verit\u00e0 in etichetta anche negli USA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La FDA ha approvato un regolamento che disciplina anche negli USA l&#8217;uso in etichetta della dicitura gluten free (senza glutine), e indicazioni simili, che possono venire apposte su base volontaria a condizione che il contenuto di glutine nell&#8217;alimento non superi i 20 ppm, lo stesso limite gi\u00e0 definito in Europa. \u00c8 un importante passo avanti per i circa 3 milioni\u00a0di celiaci che vivono negli Stati Uniti, i quali finalmente potranno distinguere i cibi compatibili con le loro esigenze dietetiche.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nUn periodo transitorio di un anno \u00e8 stato stabilito per consentire agli operatori locali di adattarsi alle nuove regole. Secondo le stime, il 5% dei prodotti tuttora presenti sul mercato USA con etichetta &#8216;senza glutine&#8217; superano la quantit\u00e0 previsto dalla normativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nL&#8217;unico aspetto negativo del regolamento FDA riguarda la possibilit\u00e0 di presentare come &#8216;gluten-free&#8217; qualsiasi tipo di alimento, compresi quelli che non contengono glutine naturalmente.
