E si \u00e8 evidenziata una correlazione tra la loro maggiore concentrazione e una diminuzione dei decessi, per tutte le cause, pari al 30%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il beneficio \u00e8 associato a un apporto quotidiano di almeno 650 mg di polifenoli. Una quantit\u00e0 che pu\u00f2 venire raggiunta grazie a una dieta ricca in verdura cruda e frutta (uva, in particolare). Per &#8216;aggiungere anni alla vita&#8217;, e soprattutto &#8216;aggiungere vita agli anni&#8217;.
