Negli ultimi 5 anni le vendite sono raddoppiate a livello globale, fino a raggiungere i 3,3 miliardi nei 5 soli Paesi analizzati. Francia, Italia, Spagna, Germania, Stati Uniti. Nel 2023, stima IWSR, il bio rappresenter\u00e0 il 3,5% del mercato mondiale del vino con 2 miliardi di bottiglie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I maggiori estimatori<\/strong>\u00a0sono tradizionalmente i tedeschi. Dal 2013 la classifica dei primi 4 Paesi al mondo per consumi di vino bio \u00e8 guidata dalla Germania (19% del consumo globale di vino bio nel 2019), seguita da Francia (17,1), Gran Bretagna (10,2) e Italia (7,6). Gi\u00e0 dal prossimo anno, \u00e8 atteso il superamento della Germania da parte della Francia, che nel 2023 dovrebbe concentrare il 20% dei consumi globali di vino bio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nel futuro prossimo<\/strong>, tuttavia, \u00e8 previsto un balzo in avanti dei francesi, su tutti i fronti. A cominciare dall\u2019estensione delle vigne certificate come biologiche. Vale a dire coltivate senza fertilizzanti chimici, pesticidi ed erbicidi di sintesi. Per realizzare vini senza enzimi e microrganismi OGM, con restrizioni quali-quantitative all\u2019uso di additivi e ausili enologici. E soprattutto, pochi solfiti.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Italia_export_al_top_ma_calici_vuoti\"><\/span>Italia, export al top, ma calici vuoti<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;Italia<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; primo produttore al mondo di vino bio &#8211; sembra destinata a rallentare, secondo IWSR. Nel periodo 2018-2023 l\u2019aumento della produzione \u00e8 stimato in appena il 30% (contro il 68% del precedente quinquennio), a fronte di un balzo del 70 e del 76% rispettivamente di Francia e Spagna. Quest&#8217;ultima sarebbe tra l\u2019altro destinata a cedere il secondo posto ai vignaioli bio d&#8217;Oltralpe fra tre anni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;analisi dei consumi<\/strong>\u00a0mostra un&#8217;Italia impegnata a confermare la\u00a0<em>leadership<\/em>\u00a0in produzione ed esportazione, grazie anche al recente accordo tra\u00a0Federbio\u00a0e Coldiretti,\u00a0senza tuttavia aumentare i consumi interni. Un carattere che accomuna il Belpaese alla Spagna. Al contrario, le produzioni di Francia, Germania e Stati Uniti sono consumate principalmente nei rispettivi territori.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bollicine_francesi\"><\/span>Bollicine francesi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Il primato francese<\/strong>\u00a0nella produzione di bollicine bio rimane indiscusso. Con 40,2 milioni di bottiglie prodotte nel 2019, la Francia \u00e8 seguita a distanza da Italia (26,4), Spagna (15,7), Germania (9) e Stati Uniti (2,5).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il consumo<\/strong>\u00a0di spumanti biologici \u00e8 aumentato del 19,1% ogni anno, in media, nel periodo 2013-2018. La scalata proseguir\u00e0 nel periodo 2018-2023, con un indice di crescita medio previsto nell&#8217;8,2% annuo (a fronte di un misero +0,5% anno per gli spumanti non bio).
