In vista della revisione del regolamento sul vino bio a Vinitaly si discute della proposta italiana<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">In vista della modifica del Regolamento UE\u00a0203\/2012 sulla produzione dei vini biologici, in vigore da tre anni, l&#8217;Italia affina la sua proposta. La richiesta alla Ue \u00e8 incentrata in particolare su due aspetti: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">il mantenimento di alcune pratiche enologiche per la produzione di mosti concentrati <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">la riduzione di coadiuvanti e solfiti ammessi nel vino bio, affinch\u00e9 la differenza da quello convenzionale sia sempre pi\u00f9 marcata.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">La proposta italiana \u00e8 stata oggetto del convegno &#8216;La revisione della normativa sul vino biologico. Il comparto si confronta&#8217;, organizzato il 23 marzo 2015, nell&#8217;ambito di <strong>Vinitaly<\/strong>, da FederBio assieme ad AIAB e Associazione Italiana per l&#8217;Agricoltura Biodinamica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Giacomo Mocciaro del ministero delle Politiche agricole e forestali\u00a0<\/strong>ha illustrato la proposta di revisione in discussione a Bruxelles. Con le modifiche su alcune pratiche enologiche sui mosti concentrati, il cui utilizzo \u00e8 di fondamentale importanza per la produzione di vini in Italia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">\u201cIn un momento di crescita del vino biologico, che ha visto un incremento del 67,8% di ettari vitati (da 40.480 ettari del 2008 e 67.937 del 2013) \u00e8 importante che le regole siano chiare e facilmente applicabili dalle aziende del comparto\u201d, sottolinea <strong>Paolo Carnemolla, presidente di FederBio<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Vino bio meno solfiti e coadiuvanti<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Il punto di arrivo deve soddisfare due esigenze, secondo\u00a0<strong>Mauro Braidot di UPBIO.<\/strong>\u00a0Dice il rappresentante dei\u00a0produttori biologici e biodinamici italiani: \u201csalvaguardare quelle pratiche, come quella del mosto concentrato, di estrema importanza in particolar modo per la produzione nelle regioni a forte tradizione viti vinicola del nord Italia, e ridurre i coadiuvanti, al fine di marcare ulteriormente la differenza tra vino bio e vino tradizionale anche in cantina\u201d. Tra i coadiuvanti sono considerati i solfiti.
