In vista di obiettivi a lungo termine che aspirano a realizzare &#8216;<em>un mondo senza allevamenti di animali e macelli&#8217;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><em><span style=\"color: #008000;\">&#8216;U<\/span>n mondo\u00a0in cui la produzione alimentare non decima le foreste, inquina i fiumi e gli oceani, non aggrava i cambiamenti climatici e non porta all&#8217;estinzione delle popolazioni di animali selvatici<\/em>&#8216;, afferma l&#8217;associazione.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"I_testimonial_di_Veganuary\"><\/span>I\u00a0<em>testimonial<\/em>\u00a0di\u00a0<em>Veganuary<\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Gli ambasciatori\u00a0<\/strong>di\u00a0<em>Veganuary<\/em>\u00a0crescono, come indica il <a href=\"https:\/\/veganuary.com\/about\/ambassadors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sito della ong<\/a>. Ne fanno parte volti noti, sensibili alle sorti del pianeta e degli animali. Le proteine vegetali, come si \u00e8 visto, sono idonee a integrare le esigenze di ciascuno. Non bisogna per\u00f2 perdere l\u2019attenzione a un loro apporto quotidiano adeguato, come pure agli acidi grassi Omega-3, vitamina B12, ferro, calcio e vitamina D. (1)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attenzione<\/strong>\u00a0va anche dedicata alla scelta dei cibi pronti e\u00a0<em>snack<\/em>\u00a0confezionati. La grande industria del cibo spazzatura purtroppo ha preso di mira anche vegetariani e vegani, proponendo come adatti a una dieta\u00a0Veg\u00a0alimenti ultraprocessati HFSS (<em>High in Fats, Sugar and Sodium<\/em>).
