L\u2019associazione dei consumatori statunitensi <em>Consumer Reports<\/em> ha rinvenuto metalli pesanti, anche in quantit\u00e0 importanti, in 40 confezioni. Erbe e spezie provenienti da alcuni paesi extraUE (India e Cina, <em>in primis<\/em>) sono pi\u00f9 a rischio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il RASFF<\/strong> (<em>Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed<\/em>) riferisce appena <a href=\"https:\/\/webgate.ec.europa.eu\/rasff-window\/screen\/list\">3 casi di allerta<\/a> negli ultimi due anni. In uno soltanto, relativo a curcuma indiana importata dalla Bulgaria, la contaminazione \u00e8 stata accertata da controlli pubblici ufficiali. Negli altri due, le analisi sono state condotte dalle aziende, senza immissione in commercio del prodotto contaminato.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"I_danni_del_piombo\"><\/span>I danni del piombo<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Una singola dose<\/strong> di erbe o spezie contaminate da piombo e altri metalli pesanti non causa danni. Il problema si pone nell\u2019uso quotidiano reiterato.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I metalli pesanti<\/strong> sono neurotossici.
