(1)<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019esposizione alimentare<\/strong> della popolazione al BHT avviene mediante il consumo di cibi industriali (come nel caso delle gomme in esame) e di alimenti di origine animale. Negli allevamenti non bio, il BHT viene sistematicamente aggiunto nei mangimi. Secondo un recente parere EFSA, \u2018<em>l\u2019esposizione del consumatore al BHT da tessuti e prodotti di animali alimentati con l&#8217;additivo variava dall&#8217;1% al 3% della dose giornaliera accettabile (DGA)<\/em>\u2019. (2)<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Un_cancerogeno_intestinale\"><\/span>Un cancerogeno intestinale<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Gli esteri di saccarosio<\/strong> degli acidi grassi (E 473) sono emulsionanti e stabilizzanti problematici. Secondo EFSA, l\u2019impiego di questi additivi (E473 &#8211; E474) \u00e8 talmente vasto da causare il superamento della DGA pari a 40 mg\/kgpc. (3) La controindicazione meno grave \u00e8 l\u2019effetto lassativo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pi\u00f9 allarmante<\/strong> \u00e8 l\u2019eventualit\u00e0 che l\u2019additivo contenga residui di acetaldeide, classificata dalla IARC come possibile cancerogeno (gruppo 2B) o cancerogeno certo (gruppo 1), se consumata con alcol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Come altri emulsionanti<\/strong>, inclusa la carbossimetilcellulosa sodica (E 466) presente nelle gomme Ferragni, l\u2019additivo E 473 \u00e8 sospettato anche di promuovere le malattie infiammatorie croniche intestinali (fattore di rischio di cancro al colon), l\u2019aumento dell\u2019adiposit\u00e0 e lo sviluppo del diabete. (4)<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Gli_edulcoranti_di_sintesi\"><\/span>Gli edulcoranti di sintesi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Agli additivi \u2018obesogeni\u2019<\/strong> citati, le Gomme Daygum Ferragni sommano due noti edulcoranti di sintesi &#8211; aspartame e acesulfame k &#8211; considerati paradossalmente resposabili di causare un aumento di peso. (5) Un sospetto ribadito dal recente studio francese, che ne correla il consumo anche ad aumento di rischio per cancro al seno. (6)<\/p>\n<p><strong>I due dolcificanti<\/strong> sintetici &#8211; che abbiamo trovato anche negli aperitivi analcolici &#8211; sono indicati anche come responsabili di ulteriori danni alla salute. L\u2019aspartame (E 951) \u00e8 segnalato come nocivo per il microbioma e la salute delle donne in gravidanza o in allattamento, nonch\u00e9 dei loro bambini.\u00a0(7) L\u2019acesufame k (E 950), abbinato alla dieta ipocalorica, in uno studio su cavie ha causato danni alla memoria cognitiva.
