Ma l\u2019Autorit\u00e0 Garante non ha a tutt\u2019oggi offerto riscontri di sorta. (2)<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019illegalit\u00e0 persiste<\/strong>, in spregio ai diritti dei consumatori e in particolare di quelli pi\u00f9 vulnerabili, come i\u00a0consumatori allergici\u00a0e quelli\u00a0celiaci.\u00a0Amazon continua a vendere\u00a0prodotti alimentari senza fornire le notizie obbligatorie di base. Dalla lista ingredienti agli ingredienti allergenici,\u00a0denominazione dell\u2019alimento e\u00a0tabella nutrizionale, informazioni occultate.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Amazon_pratiche_commerciali_sleali\"><\/span>Amazon,\u00a0pratiche commerciali sleali<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Le procedure<\/strong> adottate da Amazon\u00a0&#8211; che il nostro sito di informazione indipendente ha raccolto e condiviso con l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.agcm.it\/\">Antitrust<\/a> &#8211; rivelano l\u2019inidoneit\u00e0 intrinseca del sistema a garantire ai consumatori le informazioni loro riconosciute dal regolamento UE 1169\/11. Non solo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le relazioni commerciali\u00a0<\/strong>con i fornitori si basano su contratti, imposti dal colosso di Cupertino (California, USA),\u00a0che violano platealmente i principi di correttezza, proporzionalit\u00e0 e reciproca corrispettivit\u00e0 delle prestazioni invece stabiliti dal nostro ordinamento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clausole contrattuali illegittime\u00a0<\/strong>vengono subite\u00a0<em>obtorto collo<\/em>\u00a0dai fornitori di Amazon, che abusa della sua posizione dominante di mercato per\u00a0scaricare a monte i rischi inerenti alla propria attivit\u00e0 imprenditoriale sui fornitori. Alterando cos\u00ec la concorrenza e il mercato che l\u2019omonima Autorit\u00e0 dovrebbe garantire in Italia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abusi e predomini<\/strong>\u00a0sono di fronte agli occhi di consumatori accecati dall\u2019illusione del risparmio a ogni costo. Al costo sociale dello sfruttamento dei lavoratori e dell\u2019evasione dei tributi concessa in Lussemburgo dall\u2019ora presidente della Commissione europea.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Amazon_basta_col_cyber-bullismo\"><\/span>Amazon, basta col cyber-bullismo!<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>L\u2019<em>ecommerce<\/em><\/strong> \u00e8 destinato a crescere, anche nel vecchio continente, grazie\u00a0ai nativi digitali. I fatidici\u00a0Millennials, che proprio quest\u2019anno iniziano a compiere la maggiore et\u00e0, hanno pi\u00f9 dimestichezza con lo <em>smartphone<\/em> che con il carrello della spesa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I diritti<\/strong> per\u00f2 non si svendono\u00a0con una carta prepagata n\u00e9 con un conto PayPal. E anzi a maggior ragione &#8211; in questa economia sempre pi\u00f9 \u2018liquida\u2019, preconizzata da\u00a0Zygmunt Bauman &#8211; \u00e8 indispensabile vigilare sulla ferrea applicazione delle regole.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le\u00a0responsabilit\u00e0\u00a0<\/strong>degli operatori di <em>ecommerce<\/em>\u00a0sono gi\u00e0 definite con chiarezza, nel settore alimentare come in altri. Ed \u00e8 ora che tutti, a partire dal numero 1, vi si adeguino senza ulteriore ritardo.
