The association of fruit and vegetable chain operators CSO, which has been involved in the international promotion of Italian fruits and vegetables for years, is ready to embark on another world tour, according to Modern Distribution.
After its recent participation in Tecnoagro in Peru, the organization’s attention will shift to Asia for Fruitlogistica, which will be held in Hong Kong Sept. 4-6, with a booth shared by 15 fruit and vegetable producers, as well as ICE and Fruitimprese.
Soon after, CSO will pack its bags for Moscow for World Food, 16-19, and an event with Russian buyers for 10 member companies selected for CSO’s European Flavors Project. In the same month, promotional activities for fruit and vegetables made in Italy will continue with a presence at Macfrut in Cesena, from the 25th to the 27th, to continue in October at Fruit Attraction in Madrid, on the 16th, 17th and 18th, and at PMA in New Orleans, U.S., from the 18th to the 20th, again as part of European Flavors. For November, CSO plans to attend World Food Kazakhstan, while by the end of the year, the Middle East Congress, a trade mission to Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, and another to Chile and back to its Peruvian starting point are planned.
